The customer service was great they let me know that an item was out of stock. So I was able to change it something else. Now am just waiting for it to be ship out to see how well the clothes are as this my frist time try to get myself into techwear and streetwear.

I purchased two items from Nevstudio lately. It took about seven days for the parcel to be delivered to Toronto after the tracking was provided. Both items are very well made and exceeded my expectations. Client service was on point and very responsive when I needed to adjust the shipping address. I would buy from them again.

I came to give another review because honestly, i was really upset the last time i reviewed because 1, one of the shirts i got was out of stock. 2, i paid for fast shipping and they couldn’t provide that because of the out of stock shirt and 3, they offered a 20% discount for a review and they didnt give it to me until i asked 💀 BUT, donna did communicate with me. I got my stuff today and im amazed and they included this cute charm. I guess they felt bad i dont really know. It’s about the effort. Edit: nvm, after trying on all the outfits, i realized someone on here said these ppl arent plus size friendly, but i dont think it’s that. it seems they most likely ordered a large shirt and got a small one with the tag claiming it is a large considering these ppl replace the tags. Well i ordered a size small shirt and have a shirt that fits me so HUGE its bigger than XXL shirts my grandma wears so in what world is this a size small? I believe the ppl who order these clothes order them in a different size if theyre sold out from the company they buy them from, they cant keep telling their customer that yet ANOTHER shirt is sold out, at least in their size, so they buy the shirt anyway and they take off the tags from the original producer and im guessing they bought me an XXL2, and slapped on their tag to claim it’s a small. Waste of money and its so overpriced and scammy. Forget nevstudio. I tried to be nice but this is just ridiculous, i bought something i cant even wear.
