Customer service is decent and clothes are good quality, 4 stars only because I didn’t like how long it took to be notified about some of their products being sold out. Could really save allot of time if they maybe updated their store more fluently.
I’m giving it 4 because one of my shirts was sold out. I also paid extra for shipping and I wasn’t informed until later about the error..they emailed me though and apologized for it and offered a 20% discount (i’m still waiting on that discount) but assured me they’d get it shipped as soon as possible. Was nice of them to let me replace the shirt though.
Slow shipping. Selling items marked “ in stock” when their already sold out. Slow refund process. 1 month… unexceptional.

i just found out about this brand & was about to buy something but to my major disappointment, i found that they only cater to thin people. sizes xsmall to medium. very gross of them to not offer people of all sizes to their bad*ss clothing style. reminds me of abercrombie & fitch.
okay the only reason its a 4 from me is because of the hoodie pullover vest which looked amazing and really wanted it did not know it was sold out or out of stock? glad i got refunded either the merch shop needs to stock up faster on the clothes whoever is employed there needs to get on the ball as a customer i would like that hoodie sometime soon in the future or a custom order if that of my own design
Long shipping times, dropshipped products. A product arrived in the wrong size, but they offered to make only a ridiculous partial refund compared to the amount spent with no feasible possibility of returning. In the end they only resell products from other brands at higher prices that you can find on much cheaper sites (es: Aliexpress). The garments, being of different brands, have very different qualities between one and the other: you can buy a pair of excellent trousers and shirts of terrible quality, without ever having a clear idea of the general standard of the "collection".
This company is awful. Took over a month for them to ship inauthentic pieces of clothing that weren’t true to their sizing chart and were drop shipped. Then when I wanted to return everything, they tell you to pay for shipping and they take a $5 fee on top of it. Their other return options were to have me keep the items and give me $40 back (on a $130 order), or keep the items and pay another $20 per item to get one in a different size. Better get real comfy with Donna as they’re the only person in the “customer happiness team” you’ll talk to, no matter how much you beg to speak with literally anyone else. This is the worst customer service I have ever received— extremely unprofessional and often relies on copy-pasted email text. Their emails are confusing, make no sense, and are blatantly rude. Do not buy from this company at all.

I placed my order with 4 items. I receive confirmation and shipping estimate. 3 days later I receive a message that one item of clothing I ordered “is set to be in production in 2 weeks” ok fine to hell with it I will wait, I like the pants. THEN 12 days after placing the order I receive another message that a different piece of clothing I ordered “is set to be in production in 3 weeks” And this, this, really pissed me off. They should already had the product ready if they were selling it to me. And I understand having inventory issues that could cause them to not have the product ready when they think they do. But once my order was placed I don’t think it should take 12 days to find out they don’t have it in stock and it won’t be ready for 3 weeks. I Seriously question how they are running their company. I received no form of apology for the inconvenience, it seemed like the message I got was automated and even then it didn’t say sorry. Lol I’ve never written a review for a company so I really feel like I went out of my way to write this. I hope somebody sees this and chooses to order somewhere else. Plenty of these new clothing sites popping up all over. Very bad service from this company, I don’t know about the quality of their clothes I’m sure it would take 6 months to finally get my order.
This is pretty much a scam. 1) I've waited nearly 2 months for my clothes 2) "Pre-order" appeared couple days later after I purchased cape with pants. They were not in a stock - is what they said in an email couple days later - Ive been waiting for pants a month, cape month and a half - apes don't know what they have - and they asked if I would like to get a refund. Sure, and I told them that. They said that they are sorry, and nothing else, nothing happened. Pants were send directly to me from China - in some cheap paper without any bill from the shop. Cape traveled from China to them - and two weeks later they were send to me - still without any receipt. This is a joke, the cape is also larger than they said. This is a really not funny joke. Please, don't get scammed like me, don't wait 2months for nothing and pay over 200$ just to be disappointed. What do I have to do now? Send them back those clothes - pay for shipping - wait another month - and they will anyway take money from it so I will be down a lot? By the way I purchased a premium shipping. I really really really don't recommend buying there. Please, I'm not the only one that was scammed.
Please don’t buy from this business. The material is super cheap - I have lived in Shanghai, China for many years and I can tell you the products they are selling for many many $$$ are from the same material you would buy from Taobao (comparable to chinese Amazon). Just the difference is that you pay 10 times the price as you would pay in China. Once I have washed my cargo pants at 45 degrees ($60) they were ruined. Almost go up to my knees now. The customer service is also a joke. It’s like they want you to give up sending back your ordered clothes. You have to pay for everything and they won’t accept until you pay even more for a tracking number - even though I put my name and order number inside the box they will refuse to give me a refund. All in all I just hope you don’t make the same mistake as me and I wished I would have looked at reviews on YouTube aswell. I am not the first person to say that this business is totally picking the money out of your pocket for nothing in return. Have a nice day.

Awful experience with this company. I asked them to cancel my order the day of and never responded. Over A month later they are happy to respond quickly once they noticed i disputed the charge with my bank. I wanted the order canceled because shipping was going to be too long and i was moving. frauds.
The products here are from China and not original. That's why shipping takes so long.
They just resell cheap Chinese stuff for a huge markup (2-3x+ the price) while claiming they designed it. They also sell fakes of japanese brands (Made Extreme for example) and use band logos without permissions. Not recommended!
Got a little trigger happy and ordered the incorrect size - customer service was SUPER quick to respond to my inquiry to change size! Awaiting shipment product (only reason 4 stars at this time)
