This switches us to green energy, perhaps not as profitable as owning your own panels, but a lot less trouble with no complications on your home.
Taxachusetts has made the function of this program more complicated than it should be and that's the government's fault, not Nexamp's. National grid isn't smart enough to make this more straightforward either.
Customer service staff is good and knowledgeable
Nexamp Community Solar explains how everything works as well as they can, but what national grid puts on the bill is confusing as all heck because they are not particularly competent. National grid is great at overcharging customers though.

Additional follow up upon first billing, also 15% savings equates to paying for 11 months and having 1 month free just take your 15% savings per month x12 and that is your yearly savings

I have been a customer of the other electrical company (sorry I forgot the company’s name). When Nexamp’s offer came, I became Nexamp customer. Then I noticed my monthly electrical bill is less than what I usually pay. Then another offer from Nexame came whether I’m interested in investing in Nexamp. I agreed to it, and my monthly bill get a little higher. But the monthly bill of Nexamp, after investing is still lower than the bill I have paid to the past supplier. That’s the reason I’m so happy to join Nexamp.
