Outstanding Service & Flawless Transport — Nexus & Alex are top tier! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We recently had Nexus transport three vehicles for us, and the entire experience from start to finish was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. The setup process was seamless. Setting up transport for three cars at once felt like a daunting task, but their team made booking effortless and handled all the logistics without a hitch. Their pricing was extremely fair, transparent, and accurate, no surprise fees or hidden costs along the way. Throughout the journey, their communication was proactive, clear, and consistent, keeping us updated and reassured every step of the way. The real standout, however, was our incredible driver, Alex. Alex was punctual, incredibly polite, and handled all three vehicles with exceptional care during loading, transport, and delivery. Everything arrived on schedule and in pristine condition. I was skeptical of making complete payment upfront! Not only did they deliver! They delivered on their promise!!
I would give zero stars if I could.
I would give zero stars if I could. I signed a contract with Nexus Auto Transport well in advance, with an agreed-upon pickup window because I was in the middle of a cross-country move. They completely failed to schedule a driver during the dates they committed to. As a result, my car—and everything I packed inside it—is now stranded while I’m trying to relocate across the country. Instead of honoring the agreement they made with me, they called and said the only solution was for me to pay an additional $1,800 to get a driver. Even worse, that driver still wouldn’t have picked up my vehicle until three days after the original pickup window. They expected me to pay thousands more for service that was still late. When I explained how unacceptable this was, their response was simply: “This is the transportation industry.” That wasn’t an apology. It wasn’t accountability. It certainly wasn’t a solution. To make matters worse, Nexus has refused to provide any compensation or make any effort to make this right. Despite failing to fulfill the pickup window they contracted for and putting my cross-country move at risk, they’ve taken no responsibility for the financial costs, inconvenience, or stress they’ve caused. Apparently, once they have your business, you’re on your own. People rely on auto transport companies during some of the biggest transitions in their lives—moves, new jobs, military relocations, and family emergencies. Reliability and integrity are the bare minimum. If your business can’t meet the pickup windows you promise, don’t make them. And if you fail your customers this badly, at least have the decency to take responsibility instead of asking them for even more money. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My vehicle and my personal belongings are stranded because Nexus failed to do what they promised, and their solution was to charge me more, deliver later, and refuse any compensation whatsoever. Avoid Nexus Auto Transport at all costs. There are plenty of auto transport brokers out there. Choose one that stands behind its commitments, communicates honestly, and treats customers with respect. If they truly guaranteed the pickup dates in writing, you could strengthen the review by saying they “failed to honor their contracted pickup window.” If the contract instead says the dates are only estimates or subject to carrier availability, it’s better to stick with “agreed-upon pickup window” to keep the review accurate and defensible.

If I could give a zero I would. Trust the reviews that say they Bait and switch. For months we had a date set. There was NO communication. I reached out proactively two weeks before. Was assured we were on track. Three days before because still no word. Assured on track. Day before. Day of. Finally three days after when I"m sure they thought I was desperate they called and said they had someone but for $1000 dollars more than they quoted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Not to be trusted -Overcharge
I had a very stressful and terrible experience with Nexus. I completed the online quote form, gave them my credit card info, and only then could I talk with them. I explained the details of my needs and they agreed first to pick up the car the day I needed it, on a Saturday. When that didn't happen they said they "should be able to pick up the car on Monday", two days later. I had traveled 8 hours to purchase a vintage car and at that point needed it picked up no later than 1:00pm on Monday as I had to change my return travel plans. Then on Monday the driver showed up before 1:00pm but without his trailer and said he couldn't pick up the car at that time because he needed to have his truck serviced. He asked for keys to the sellers garage and keys to the car and said he would be back later that afternoon. The seller and I said no and the seller agreed to be home at 6:30pm as I could not delay my travel plans home past 1:00pm that day. I also had to pay 10% more because Nexus told me I was getting "premium" service with this driver as my car would be to only car on the enclosed trailer. The driver then agreed to have the car at my home the next day, Tuesday, between 10:00am and 11:00am. No car at 12:00 noon so I called. The driver told me he had to deliver another car on the trailer. So much for "premium" service. He finally arrived at 2:00pm. He told me he forgot to call me. Then I had to pay cash for the balance owed including the upcharge 10% "premium". All the way through I was misled by Nexus when I talked with them 8 times over the 4 days and never the same person.
Exceptional Service!
Lexus was able to meet our timeline with very short notice. The car was delivered on time, and the driver delivered the car to our door. This was service I didn't expect to receive and didn't using another service before.

Nexus was great. They were able to pick my car up next day and ship it from Atlanta to New york in an enclosed trailer for a reasonable price. They also delivered the vehicle in under 24hours. Would definitely use them again.
Reasonable price, service as promised
I purchased a vehicle in Arizona and had it shipped to Kentucky. Nexus quoted me a reasonable price, picked up the car quickly, and delivered the vehicle without any damage. The final bill was the same as the quote. I would definitely used Nexus again should I have to ship another car.

Nexus transport not only provided us with fast and efficient service they delivered quickly and were careful with our vehicle. Their follow up with us was steadfast and unwavering even though we had to change the dates several times they did an excellent job communicating with us. They delivered outstanding door to door service. We highly recommend them.

After trying to use two prior vehicle transport companies (both of which failed to pick up the vehicle), I hired Nexus Auto Transport. I could not be happier with the service and how it turned out. They were 100% professional, honest, and gave clear expectations of what to expect for service.
