I ordered on January 26th. Delivery was supposed to be Friday to Sunday. Today is Tuesday, February 11th. I still have not received my order which was $100. Talked to an online rep who was of no help, only to tell me it cleared customs. No info provided once I ordered, period. NO TRACKING # provided.
I ordered some products from this company. Customer service was excellent. I was able to communicate very easily with an english speaking counterpart. The product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My experience couldn't have been better. I will be ordering again and I highly recommend.
