What made this experience great was that Sam Fash, reviewed my account and requested the information for the SIM card. Within a few minutes, I would say up to maybe 10 minutes my Nomad Internet Services was back up and running and I want to thank him very much for helping us out.
Icc id didn't match and can't connect to the internet, talked with several people and Noone can find out why i can't connect

I have had Nomad Internet for 1 month. I. The 1 month they double billed me. I contacted them and was told the issue was resolved. 2 weeks into my service they sent me a collection notice and shut my service off. I called again and it hadn't been fixed yet so I spoke with another employee that turned the service back on and apologized and offered a $25 credit for the issues. A few days ago I looked at the invoice and I received a .50 cent credit. My bill was messed with from the start. I reached out to address the situation 3 more times and nothing has been done. I called to speak with a supervisor and was denied that right. The agents are unprofessional. One told me to relax. One told me I don't have an account. I have sent multiple tickets to disconnect my service because of the issues and they attempted to take 119 again today. The CEO doesn't have an email address listed or I would have sent him the information as well.
I had been trying for weeks without success to cancel my service and get a return label for the equipment. Finally got a hold of a human being and am making progress. Spoke to Daniel Shaw who was very helpful in providing me with what I needed.
I have been trying to cancel services since 3/16/25, I even sent modem back and they keep taking money out of my account and all I get is a runaround.

Zach Brown got my billing issues taken care of, we had an issue with the call dropping but he promptly called me back and got everything taken of and cleared up any issues that I had.
the support through chat is very good but the billing is terrible, I have been shut off twice and i have only had service for 2 weeks

Despite needing to return my device I was provided great customer service care by Logan Smith
So far the customer service surpasses that of the higher end companies. I look forward to being a nomad for years to come!

Harry Jackson helped us set up our home internet with Nomad internet. Communication and customer service was excellent. We work from home and moved out to RURAL Arkansas and we couldn’t be more pleased.
