Was upset to realize how much money I’d spent over the years never really knowing how my whiskies were supposed to taste before these hit the market. And I’m a glass guy - large collection of different types promising the best notes. These are it.
First shipment was lost in transit but the team started an investigation as soon as I emailed and reshipped my order quickly. Second lot turned up super quick and the glasses are great - husband was chuffed with his (slightly late) birthday present. They are beautiful glasses and the customer care team is very efficient!
The glass looks cheap in real life unlike the marketing. After a single use the glass actually cracked. Very misleading marketing on quality.

Perfect ! Packed well. Shipped fast. And an outstanding quality Glass. I am happy that I purchased from their website because their discount enabled me to buy a third glass. While people will spend twice this much for a single fragile Riedel wine glass for themselves or their family members, some are hesitant to spend much less for their spirit drinkware when they are getting lasting quality that is far more durable. But every time you pick it up for years to come, it will remind you of its quality and your good decision. I purchased the larger glass, and it's size is perfect. But it is a Handful. It's polished edges provide a good grip, while maintaining a smooth round glass lip without those edges for drinking. It's heavy base makes it near impossible to tip over. I'm happy with my purchase. For Spirit drinking smaller persons that dont want to hikd their glass two handed, you might consider the smaller glass. But you lose some of your beverage space.
All is great the only issue is that it will not accept a 2” x 2” x 2” ice cube.
One of my glasses broke the first time putting a small round ice cube in it.
Love the way my glass enhances the aromas of my favourite spirit. It truly breathes life into every sniff creating every taste and adventure. Love the way the inner bowl within the glass creates a golden ring at the top of the glass.
There was an issue with my initial order, but Norlan answered quickly and professionally and resolved the situation immediately. I would highly recommend them. The glasses themselves are beautiful, and as described.

I like the glasses and the packaging. The microfibre cloth is a nice touch! The glasses are surprisingly light. I expected more heft. The clarity of the glass is very good tho. I like the design, but it's almost too plain. There isn't a signature feature to it. I have other wiskey glasses that aren't as sophisticated as these, but have more visual impact.
