My loan was approved on 1/6 as of 1/7 still no deposit. I already checked my bank and no transmissions was received by your end. I’m also not referring anyone to this company. When I spoke to customer service basically it was useless no information can be given. I have bill to pay with that loan and now the bill is late. Very disappointing and dissatisfied with this service. In the contract states debit card funding but the agent states can’t do that. Well take verbiage out of your contract it’s misleading and will irritate the client.

I would like be honest
I would like be honest. They are up front about what you are doing and the impact it will have to you. Flip side they were willing to help when no one else would. Make sure to stay in communication with them to resolve any issues and possibly pay off your loan sooner with less of a financial hit to you.
Repayment fees are crazy
Repayment fees are crazy! If I knew this I would not have made the loan. I can’t even change it to where I could’ve paid the full amount of my loan so I wouldn’t have to pay over $5,000 in fees for a $800 loan I am pissed. Also when signing the agreement is very deceiving it doesn’t tell you all of this on the page you are signing. I been ripped off!!!

I have little to no loan history the Northern star gave me a loan

easy to navigate the application the only thing this is a short loan because if we do the payments according to the contract i will be paying a lot of money i wish you guys don’t charge so much other than that thank you for loan the money to a people with no perfect credit

1st I paid 450 on a 275 loan by the…
1st I paid 450 on a 275 loan by the time I noticed , they were continuously charging me … when I first requested the loan I was very specific and direct with what i wanted and if they could meet my requests I asked to schedule 3 payments gave the dates and all … nothing was implemented… I contacted customer service and received sketchy unprofessional assistance they went from not budging and demanding this outlandish number to me telling them no I’ll give you 100 that’s it and they agreed but then charged me 120 on two accounts … then they promised to increase the amount on the next I agreed but received the same amount …. So yes you will get money but are they honest, fair, ethical, and trustworthy absolutely not!!! They set you up for failure and comes with hidden fees and super high interest
