I have used your services twice before
I have used your services twice before, which was great. Yesterday was my third time. This time was a complete pain in the butt. I could not get the completed paperwork to download. Finally I forwarded the link to my boss and he opened it and screen shot all six pages. I think I will try a different company next time

Users beware. This online notarization comes in the form of a digital document. I was not able to use this to close escrow on a real estate transaction cost me $100 plus having to be redo it (paying another $90 for a “real” notary) and rushing it FedEx priority overnight to title in time to close. Most real estate transactions want wet-signed, and wet-stamped documents to record; they will not accept a digital signature.
