I uploaded a black and white document and after everything was done and paid for, I was sent a black document on a gray background. The company didn't accept the document.
Who knew online notary was a thing
Who knew online notary was a thing? I was in a remote location and needed something notarized. The process was very easy to follow and worked very well. Loved the option to use apple pay as well.
Handy
Quick, easy. Thank you. Very friendly staff.
Mixed bag. high for process, low for...
the actual process would get a 5 from me, but PRINTING issues afterwards would get a 1 or a 2! Attempts to print the notarized document only print the u notarized document, which is totally unacceptable! the only way I could get a partial copy of the notarized document was to save a screenshot, edit to fit the page and then print that. If there is a better way, please provide instructions in your FAQ.
