Process was simple enough but was a waste of time and money
Process was simple enough. Did 2 of them with witnesses. First took about 20 minutes and second about 10. Unfortunately Pennsylvania did not accept for transfer of titles on a boat & trailer. All money and time was completely wasted. They need to have a list of who does not accept their notarization.
Excellent professional service.
