Do NOT USE!!!
This was completely useless and a waste of time. First the site is difficult to navigate. Then after you go through all the steps and are in the meeting. A guy from a foreign country will simply hang up on you and you are done. You wasted a half an hour or more. You went through a process that may be a scam and now they have your information. And your document is not notarized. DO NOT USE!!
