cheap fakes/no answer from customer service
I bought few perfumes (order for around £150), excellent contact until I opened first perfume (Lancome Tresor la nuit), completely different fragrance, smells like cheap perfume. I contacted immediately with customer service - no answer. Meanwhile I started to use another perfume (Paco Rabanne - Lady Million), fragrance stays for around an hour and that's it. I sent another mail trying to find some solution for my problems but no answer for any mail (I'm sending them every day since last week). Looks like I'm unlucky and got cheap fakes. I would not recommend.

My order never arrived due to unknown reasons (a shame because my daughter had no Christmas present). It got sent back, and I didn't get my money back automatically. After I called they sent me the money back immediately though. My email was also answered.
never delivered
I have purchased olaples products as a New Year gift however they were never delivered. On the currier site the explanation is as follows the recipient is not found. My address is correct so I am just guessing that notino did not write my address info correctly. So I ended without a gift for my New year's eve. Very disappointed.

if there is less than one start I would give it to them. It is a horrible experience as I neither received a confirmation per Email nor tracking details. It was a birthday present that has never come and it was a Prada parfum that was not cheap. This retailer is horrible and never ever again!! not to be recommended. Stay away from it

Env frienldly gift packaging - waiste of money
I just bought a few item as a present for my father and choose the env friendly packaging of a present-- Huge mistake.. it is total garbage.. I could have spend my 1 euro on toilet paper and get a better looking gift than what they sent. Never again. You get a piece of paper full of hols. No wonder they have no picture on the site showing exactly what they mean by that.

I always purchase my perfume from Notino. It is one of the only places where I find my particular favorites at discounted or special offer prices. The perfume are originals and I have recommend the site to all of my friends and family too.
Bad customer care; transaction problems
Customer care often hardly understandable. Not getting responses to emails or strongly delayed. Payment problems - still waiting to get back my money after having been transferred though the order had been canceled. Bad experience, unfortunately.
