I struggled to login

I struggled to login, nothing worked. They said wrong pass / email, and whet trying to recover the password, they say the email does not exists. Of course I tried to create a new account using same email and again of course they said the email is already registered.

Very poor ecommerce experience.

1. Product listing showed "free shipping" badge but product did not have free shipping. 2. Ordered product on Sunday - checked on Monday and order is cancelled. No email, no explanation and no refund. Based on previews reviews I assume I will have to contact by bank for a refund.

I ordered something for 40 euros to get free transport. They canceled one of my products, as it was out of stock and they asked me for 5 euro transportation. I don’t understand why I have to pay for them not updating their page. I am just sorry I wasted my time.

Horrible service and broken products

Horrible service and delivery. The package I received arrived in a very bad condition. The products inside were worse. The packaging was injured on all of the products, and one of the products had a hole in it where liquid was dripping out. The return and refunding was a long process with alot of problems, before i finally managed to get the money back. I will never ever buy anything again from Notino, horrible experience.

I found everything I needed and the discount code worked perfectly. The only issue I had was with the last step of the payment, where I had to verify my card with a code sent to my phone. I couldn't see the field to enter the SMS code, as there was a white square blocking it. In the end, I found out I had to scroll to view it.
