Stumbled upon a pair of Onitsuka Tigers here that I'd been hunting for ages. Shipping took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but when they arrived, the quality was good. Worth the wait, overall a solid experience.

After reading some of the reviews I was very skeptical but I purchased the valerian blue Nike dunks and they arrived in about 10 days. The quality of the shoe was decent but there was traces of dried glue all around the midside of the rubber sole which can happen with the manufacturing. Verified by Novelship I also took it to another local shop who confirmed it was an authentic shoe. One thing to note that I didn’t think of was that after paying $40 in shipping there was another $40 charge for import duties which I thought was only 18% but I had to pay an additional $20 for misc shipping fees to DHL. Overall I'm not sure if I would resell this shoe because of the quality it came in but I will be keeping the product.
Hi Blake, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We're glad to hear that your Valerian Blue Nike Dunks arrived and were verified as authentic by both us and a local shop. We apologize for the visible traces of glue on the sole—this can sometimes occur during the manufacturing process, but we understand how this can impact your overall experience. Regarding the import duties and additional fees, we appreciate your note. Customs and shipping fees can vary depending on the destination, and we strive to provide transparency on these costs. You can view this upon check out as well. We hope you enjoy your new kicks, and if you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. Best regards, The Novelship Crew

So I ordered a pair of Jordan 1s, and they landed on my doorstep in just 8 days. I was a bit skeptical at first, so I brought them to my usual sneaker spot to make sure they were the real deal, and they totally passed the test. Plus, they've got some seriously hard-to-find kicks on here that I haven't seen anywhere else!

Very slow response My issue below has been resolved. I have received my refund. I purchased a pair of sneakers but discovered that they were too small when they arrived. I requested to have these returned. Novelship wrote back that they absolutely do not accept returns. I then wrote back referring them to their own website where they clearly have a returns policy. They then wrote back saying "of course we"ll accept the return". I posted off the return which they acknowledged having received in good condition. It has now been a whole month and I have not received my refund. I have emailed them several times and am yet to hear from them.
Hi Bolien, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion and frustration caused. To clarify, we do allow returns in line with our return policy, and we made sure to accept your return accordingly. We can confirm that your refund was processed on July 30th at 5:22 PM. If you haven’t seen the refund reflected in your account yet, we recommend checking with your payment provider, as their processing times may vary. We understand how this delay might have caused concern, but rest assured, the refund has been issued. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need any further assistance, and thank you for your patience. Best regards, Novelship Crew

Terrible customer service. Very inefficient. Email them and they took 3-4days to reply an email. Contact customer service for an inquire and they ask me to email another email and end up no response. Sending me on a wild goose chase. Still better abit compared to Alias/Goat but equal terrible customer service
