These guys are pretty good. I was worried at first but my shoes arrived in decent time, they responded to my enquires and they’re authentic. Takes a bit longer to dispatch due to authentication step. But that wasn’t a problem.

I received tracking number last Friday for order# BPGREZVYZM. Since then, there's been no movement on package with notification, "User Cancelled Pickup Request". It's been 3 business days since and i haven't gotten a response from Novelship support! Please provide some clarification on what's going on and whether the tracking number has changed?

I ordered one pair of shoe. The order came on time but I didn’t get the shipping details until one day before it arrive to USA. When I contacted the support system them responded me with in two days and gave me update which is good. The issue is the shoe that I received had some creases. I send them email twice regarding this and haven’t received any email from them yet.
