Likes - shoes are 100% authentic eventho sticker display on original box. Proper authentication. Original box. Dislikes - received Display shoe. Shoes are 100% authentic but overall feels like used. Received shoe laces untied and wrap in a mess. Nike sb shoe laces are tied fyi. Oringal box dented during delivery but shoes are ok to use. For collectors who are particular on damaged original box, good luck.
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're delighted to hear that you found the shoes to be 100% authentic and appreciated the proper authentication process. We understand the importance of receiving genuine products, and we're committed to ensuring that all our items meet the highest standards. However, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the condition of the shoes upon arrival. It's disheartening to hear that the shoes felt like they had been used, and we apologize for any discrepancies in their presentation. We strive to maintain the quality and presentation of our products throughout the shipping process, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. Regarding the shoe laces, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We understand that attention to detail, such as tying the laces properly, can enhance the overall customer experience, especially with Nike SB shoes. As for the original box being dented during delivery, we apologize for any disappointment this may have caused. While we do our best to ensure that all items are securely packaged for transit, occasional mishaps can occur during shipping. We assure you that the condition of the original box does not reflect the quality or authenticity of the shoes inside. We understand that collectors may have specific preferences regarding the condition of the original box, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We value your feedback and will strive to improve our packaging and shipping processes to prevent similar issues in the future. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
