Was a seller. And using your partner courier, which said that they have scheduled pickup service but never show up. When I contacted the customer service to check what happened, I was told that I need to contact your partner courier myself. Never offered a help on that. And after rescheduled twice the pickup time they managed to come, but it’s not in between the selected time slot, they were late. Because of this, my account delivery speed was affected due to your partner’s fault. Anyway, the service overall is not helpful. Won’t recommend others to use if there is no improvement on your service.

Novelship immediately informed me of an issue with the product, which I appreciate, and offered partial refunds for the damage. They have shown responsibility and great customer care. Delivery took a while because of the issue and holidays, however I am still satisfied with the product.
