I always come to Novelship to buy my sneakers as it is the most economical way for me. My country doesn't have the widest variety of streetwear and sneakers, and the ones we do have are very expensive. Importing the sneakers through Novelship is not only cheaper but guarantees that I won't receive fake products, so I can have peace of mind. The rewards system is great, the free shipping vouchers that you can claim with points are very convenient. Shipping doesn't take too long and is tracked.
The only thing I have a gripe with is some of the shoes I've received have slight marks or creasing, nothing too noticeable, but it's still there regardless.

yet to receive my goods all due to the delivery service they use in singapore which is ninja van. Worst one to be used ever. Understandable it takes time to receive from seller and verification, but Ninja Van, such a pain, wasted 2-3 days and yet received unsuccessful delivery attempt thought i was home?

The UI may be a bit buggy and could use some improvement but the customer service was very quick to return my enquiry (Less than 10 mins) and explain to me the situation when my payment failed and communicated to me my next steps!

Please allow us to explain. According to our Order Tracking FAQ, most of the orders are completed within 5 - 9 working days. The majority are completed in a shorter time frame. However, for orders coming from an overseas seller it might take up to 15 working days to fulfill. Kindly also note that working days do not include weekends and public holidays.
In addition, orders processing may vary depending on the seller's region and logistics delivery time.

Overall the browsing, website look and feel, purchase and delivery status updates have been great. TBH as a sneaker marketplace, Novelship is doing a rather good job i must say! 4 stars out of 5 is due to room for improvement, especially on the after sales customer experience as after each reply to CS, an automated msg stating high traffic will cause delay in response. This might come off as an excuse for end users most of the time receiving such automated msgs, thus an area to look into. Despite my first purchase having slight defects, I still accepted Novelship's compensation options due to their transparent policies, but to receive less than 10% as refund is rather discouraging TBH.
