I would recommend NRG Transportation. Their representative Adam Collins provided a reasonable quote for a transport from Los Angeles CA to Eatonton. GA. Adam partnered with me through the entire process. Answering every call, text message, etc. Thank you Adam great service.
Deceptive business / bait and switch
Signed a contract for $1,200 and gave them a $200 deposit 2+ weeks before our vehicle was to be picked up. Confirmed price and pick up the night before with the broker. Then literally an hour before pickup, he tells me he can't find a driver for that price and that the best he can do is $2,000 and pick up the next day. Very shady way to do business. I'd give zero stars if I could.
Excellent service
Excellent service! The day I hired them, my car was transported within 6-7 hours. I wish I started with them before losing money to others. They are great! I received pictures during the entire transit of my vehicle.

My son getting ready to transition to college and he needed his car ship to Florida and this company was efficient. The driver was very professional I truly appreciate his professionalism. I recommend three people so far. Adam Collin the customer service representative was also great to work with. From New Jersey - fort lauderdale it only take 3 days.
Bait and switch
Bait and switch. They texted a day before the scheduled pick up date saying they don't have a driver. Wanted to double the price. Horrible company. Do not use.

I booked to transport my car from Palm Beach Florida to Bloomington IN. They agreed to a price of $500. The truck was a day and a half late and they wanted an additional $350 to ship the car over their $500 price which they sent me a contract for. I canceled!
Philip is your guy
Philip is your guy. I got canceled the day of the pick up by a large company...still waiting for my refund. And luckily Philip was persistent and help me bring my cars in a matter of a few days from CA to FL. Don't trust the big name dispatchers, work with this guy and he will make it happen.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR CAR TRANSPORT. I BOOKED THEIR SERVICE 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE. THEY WAITED UNTIL THE DAY OF MY FLIGHT TO TELL ME THEY HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A DRIVER THE ENTIRE MONTH AND WAS STILL LOOKING. I ENDED UP MISSING MY FLIGHT AND HAVING TO BOOK ANOTHER COMPANY FOR THE SAME DAY AND THE PRICE TRIPPLED. I LOST A LOT OF MONEY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DID NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Daniel Jackson gave plenty of notice of arrival time. Showed up on time and gave plenty of notification of expectations. Everything went smooth and as expected.
Horrible experience
If I can leave negative stars I would. I have had probably the worst experience with this company. Maybe it was my rep but it was a disaster… I contacted Ryan Monday for a pick up for Wednesday. Told him I would plan around for pick up Wednesday he guranteed a pick up. First started off with a quote of 710.. then went to 1200, and then finally went to 1300. And then finally when it comes to pick up day he had not guaranteed a driver for me just kept giving me excuse after excuse to try to keep my business but In the end he didn’t do anything for me to the point he ignored my messages and left me without a pick up. Now I have to deal with looking for a place to store my vehicle and travel double. It’s been a horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. It’s been 3 days of my time wasted and my car never got picked up. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t see how you expect to handle business this way putting customers into unwanted predicaments. I was left with no pickup no service and more baggage for me to handle paid out of my own pocket not there’s for there unprofessionalism making promises they don’t guarantee.
