Do not do business here. They lie. They cost me money and time waiting for them to pickup my vehicle. Not competent at all. When I finally had enough and fired them they kept sending me text. When I blocked them they sent me a bill. What idiots work here? Marcus was the liar I delt with. How do you expect to do business like this?
They lie and lie and bait and switch
I worked with NRG to transport my car. My rep was Marcus Johnson. I booked my service about a month before the date it was supposed to be picked up. A week before the date I called Marcus and he gave me a 2 hour window when the driver would arrive. The day before I called to confirm and Marcus did not answer or return my calls. I spoke to someone on the main line and they refused to give me any information and said I need to speak to marcus directly. 2 days later Marcus responds, tells me he has a new driver for my car and it will be $400 more. This company will get you to send a deposit, string you along, and then delay pickup to get you to pay more money. I found many lies throught my conversations with him. Do not trust this company
FLAWLESS TRANSPORT
I wanted to share with you the excellent experience I had recently with NRG Transport. They handled the shipping of both of my vehicles flawlessly, and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. The bidding process and contract signing were simple and straightforward. The rate I was initially quoted for an open trailer was very competitive. When Kevin P called with the opportunity to upgrade to an enclosed trailer, he was my best advocate to get a reasonable rate. Even though the upgrade increased the cost a little, Kevin P. worked hard to secure an amazing rate for the enclosed trailer. The NRG contract was clear, with no hidden fees nor unexpected costs. Kevin P. was highly responsive throughout and took the time to address every question I had. The driver, Derek, was equally impressive. Derek communicated his estimated time of arrival clearly and was extremely careful while loading both vehicles. He arrived on time, delivered on time, and Kevin followed up throughout the day to ensure everything was proceeding correctly. I can't say enough good things about NRG Transport and Kevin specifically. NRG’s level of service exceeded my expectations. The next time I need anything related to car transport, I won't hesitate to call NRG and request Kevin P. as my liaison. If you're ever in need of vehicle shipping services, I highly recommend giving them a try. AND ASK FOR KEVIN.

Tom Kane was a 100 the problem somebody needs to teach him how NOT to lie. I gave him a five day notice to pick up my truck. He guaranteed me it would be picked up on that date I had shuddered work to be done at the drop off point to be done all work had to be scheduled a week in advance At 5:00pm on the pickup date he tells me the driver has not made it to Texas yet he will pick it up the next day and guaranteed me it would be there on time. At noon I called Tom he than ask me for photos of my truck, I said are you kidding me, Then he comes back with a price $1000 more than the original price telling me I wouldn't get it done any cheaper, Then he tells me if i didn't go with them I would be in breach of contract and would be fined $200.00 by his Company. Awful! Avoid! Lied and never picked up our car. Told me it’s not their fault that their driver was arrested for not having insurance. Then James Kane lied about the contract, stating that they had a week to pick up…not true. Then he yelled at me and wanted me to send him proof for the deposit I paid. What a joke. Go elsewhere and don’t trust these liars. I’m standing on my driveway calling other companies after being screwed by James Kane and NRG transport.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will bait and switch you at the last minute and your price will more than double. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I never leave reviews, but if I can stop someone from being taken like I was, it’s worth my time! Please please do not use this company

I would NOT recommend this carrier! You will get the runaround of when they say they can pick up your vehicle. They say when they will pickup, but on pickup day, they say truck broke down, oil leak, no driver etc. I gave them three chances to get it right before I decided to go to another carrier. DO NOT use.

This company is BULLSHIT
This company is BULLSHIT, they are liars and unprofessional. Some broker guy named Bryan Wilson reached out to me and quoted me $450, and that he will stick to the price and indicated he will provide me driver's info. I had a scheduled pickup on Tuesday. On Monday, he reached out saying the driver can pick it up within 2 hours, and I'll be charged $1000 instead. But the contract I signed, clearly states $450 and have texts proving that he promised $450. So they are liars, don't go with them.

I received multiply quotes from other companies. Many claim of no additional charges then price changed after a driver was found. James located a driver to transport my jeep from NY to NC. Nilolai the driver was fantastic. Excellent communication and delivered on time and for the amount quoted.

Real customer service!
I have to say....I've been called the customer from hell at times! It just seems nowadays businesses promise you a certain level of service but you dont get anything that comes close to it. But I have to say NRG is is pickin up what Im puttin down. The customer service is exellent! I do also appreciate the transparency as far as them giving you direct access to drivers and dispatcher so you always know whats going on. Bryan is extremely responsive..always making sure I have the details I need when I need them. Hi five NRG... keep up the amazing service!
