GREAT SERVICE!!
We transported our daughter’s car from Michigan to Arizona and we worked with Robert. He was extremely professional and completely transparent about the cost, the time of pick up and delivery time.He explained everything in detail. He gets you all the info on the driver and insurance. It all went off without a hitch. I would most definitely contact Robert again if I needed this service. I had no worries during this process.

Unfortunately one of my vehicles was stuck out of state and needed to be transported back to Atlanta. Philip stayed in consistent contact with me and ultimately was able to pair me with a driver that successfully transported my car home safely. The price was very reasonable as well. Picking one of these companies isn’t always an easy process. But I’m glad I went with NRG. No bait and switch. As long as you’re patient in the process of finding a driver along your route they will take care of you very well

This company is a scam.
I live in New York and I purchased a car in Minnesota and I use this company and I was quoted 1900. When the car came, I was told that they were not able to release the car to me because I was required to pay an additional $400. This company is a scam and I would not use them again.
Exceptional Service
After an extensive search to get our van hauled back home to Minnesota from South Texas, we chose NRG transportation as our carrier. Their professionalism and punctuality was outstanding, and they beat most of the other’s quotes by almost half price. Communication was great, and our driver couldn’t have been nicer. We are thankful for NRG Transportation, and would highly recommend.
Great company do work with
Great company do work with! Daniel Jackson was polite and helpful all the moments. Thank you so much!
Disappearing act and hidden prices
I had a terrible experience with this outfit. They were very persistent in messaging me to give me a quote, but once the booking process started, the "guaranteed" price meant nothing. They never showed up for the pickup. Then, I received a bid from a third party other broker company showing me different offers from nrg that was much higher than what I was quoted. When I tried to get answers, they went silent. Shipping a car is stressful enough without having to deal with unrealistic quotes and zero reliability
Great Service
James Kane this is to you my friend, first off I just like to say thank you so much for your reliable response on getting my vehicle to me in a timely manner and contacting me on every step of the way even until it reaches my doorstep, and also for your great customer service, I will definitely be doing more business with you in the future, once again thank you so much..

Bad experience
I made a poor decision using this company to transport a vehicle. First, from what I can ascertain, this company does not actually own any transportation trucking, they are simply a broker. From my experience, they were not the cheapest, but they were close. I trusted the reviews here, but if you search elsewhere you may find more honest reviews that correlate to my actual experience. This company promised a Saturday pick up and had 5 days to arrange it. I was always led to believe that the pick up would occur at 11am on Saturday and that time came and passed. Not only did I have a person scheduled to be present for the pick up, but after inquiring they had me fooled again that the pick up would happen hours later, only to never happen. We played this game many times and only when I came to my senses did I realize I was being played. I truly believe they never had a truck scheduled and after plenty of rescheduling one never came to be. They required a deposit and getting money back was difficult, but thankfully my credit card company came through. I will say, after using and alternative bidding website where actually haulers can bid on a shipment did I realize that the price this company offered me was never actually going to result in a successful pick up.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the missed pickup and communication issues — we understand how frustrating this must have been. As a transport coordinator, we work with independent carriers, but we should have managed this better. We are currently working to resolve the issue and would appreciate the opportunity to make it right if you’re open to it. Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly value it.
NRG Transportation is Great
NRG Transportation really came through for me during a stressful move to my first duty station. As an active duty service member, I had already dealt with a few shady car shipping companies, so I was cautious going into this but NRG completely changed that experience. Philip was outstanding from start to finish. He was responsive, honest, and made sure I understood every step of the process. The drivers were just as professional and kept me updated from pickup all the way through delivery. They got my car to me in a timely manner and made the entire process feel smooth and trustworthy. I truly appreciate the level of communication and support I received. Highly recommend NRG if you’re looking for reliability and peace of mind.
