My shipment was brokered by a gentleman named Ken. Ken is very knowledgeable and very honest I believe. I'm a tightly wound individual, but he answered all my questions throughout the whole process and I never lost faith that he was the guy, because all the other Brokers will beat your door down to get your load. Poor Ken had no advanced time to arrange the load. The day I called him I had just purchased the vehicle and was ready to have it picked up and delivered. In spite the price being higher than his original estimate, he got me the best deal that was out there, and the price was not only fair, come to find out, it was a good deal. So even though I spent more than originally quoted I was happy with the price in the end. The drivers showed up at the prescribed time, did their photo documentation and hit the road. The gentleman that delivered our car was super friendly, I was sad to see him leave LOL. I would definitely use NSLA again, and really I can't speak highly enough about Ken. Thank you Ken!

IT’S A SCAM, DON’T DO IT!!
Horrible service! If I could give them negative stars I would. Noah gave us a quote and we signed a contract for $299 all-inclusive. He wouldn’t find us an actual driver until we paid the $100 deposit. Then he said we’d get a driver by Friday, but on Friday AFTERNOON, he informed us it wouldn’t be until Monday because there weren’t any drivers in the entire state of California. (Seriously, that’s the best excuse you could come up with?) So then he tells us that the driver is coming from Nevada, so the final price will be $699. I told him that’s not what we signed up for and he went on to call me unreasonable and tell me I need to adjust my budget. I told him I’d like to cancel and he tried to charge me another $200 for cancelling. I asked to speak to his supervisor for three days before he finally allowed me to speak with anyone but him. He told me that his boss was out of the office and he didn’t know when he’d be back (he also told me he didn’t have a boss at one point prior to this). Then within minutes the boss was giving us a refund for the deposit, but not until after he stated that we were making a mistake and would not be able to find a better price anywhere else. DO NOT use this company, they will scam you into a higher price. The final price was more than twice what they said it would be.

Noah did a good job trying to find a driver to ship my 2013 Honda Fit at an affordable price. The original quote was $400, but unfortunately we weren’t able not able to find a deal anywhere near that price range. I appreciated Noah’s efforts.

They are liars and do bait and switch with people. Took deposit of $200 from my sister and refused to give it back, we then got to know they are sitting in Pakistan and dont even operate from states. Stay far away from this company.
