John Garder and the Sonic team were great. They were well priced, very organized, and had great communication throughout the process. I saved his number for future shipments so I can go straight to the source. I shipped a non running vehicle from CA to OR. Delivery and pick up were right on time and with the correct rig. I would recommend.

Recently used Sonic Auto transport service. I was not initially happy with the change in price of the quote, however Kyrie jordan did amazing job in arranging reasonable transport and helping with payments. I would definitely recommend this company. I would appreciate Jordan's professional attitude and services.

Able to setup delivery of my car in short notice and fair price, other companies doubled my price 2 days before shipment, common scam i hear. But Sonic was very professional, gave me a fair quote, stuck by it, and delivery and pick up was right on time and easy to work with. I have another car to ship and will use again. Everything!! When I contacted John, I had no idea where to start. He guided me and negotiated best rates for me. He found the quickest available hauler and followed up throughout the process- vehicle scheduled pick-up, best times for me, and reassured me as I was apprehensive on the whole process. The truckers he got me were simply the best and delivered my car in a short time. John is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and thorough. I'd recommend him again and again for stellar service.
I was highly disappointed with the services from sonic. I would give a minus rating. They did not tell me the actual truth. Initially i was given a quote a $1100 to ship my car from LA to Atlanta. if I would agree to promote their business in social media, i will be given a $50 discount. So it was agreed to $1095. They made me sign a contact that i agree to that amount, along with my credit card details. After multiple conversations with Mr. Taylor, my understanding was it was the final agreed amount. The contract stated it was a "Calculated amount". Just the day before I was leaving LA, the day my car was supposed to be pickedup, Ms. Grace jumps into the picture stating the driver has graciously agreed to ship my car for $1600. This came as an absolutely shock to me. The first contract was supposedly an "Estimated amount", which was never stated to me to any of the conversations. Then why was I made to sign a contract for $1095. I ended paying a total of $1550. They lied to me. I never recommend Sonic as they have hidden the truth. When I spoke to the Driver, he said he would charge $1100 flat. Please contact the shipping companies directly, not the brokers in-between, who make money on you for no reason.

My vehicle was transported from CT to NC. Picked up and safely delivered at the times promised. Harper was a great help and quick response to my questions. Driver was very helpful too.

Was completely lied to . Total bait and switch technique. They lock you in on a price on a contract. Play the dogg and pony show about trying to find a driver and then hit you for 40% higher than the average transporter, Because you're locked in .one of the worst experiences i've had . Called me 15x in 12 hours while im trying to run my business to play the negotiating game and waste my time ! Definitely would not recommend these people.If you are looking for an honest company to deal with.This is not the one
