My experience was great, Harper assisted me. He was very patient and communicative with me. Very nice, helpful and responded in a timely manner. This was my first time shipping a car, and I received it in 2 days in the same condition, with no problems. At an affordable price. The driver was really nice as well. Stepped up at the last minute when another company failed me. Kept a line of communication throughout the entire process, and received my vehicle fast with no issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs to move their vehicle across the country.

I called to have my vehicle shipped in short notice and they were able to accommodate me. The pricing was fair due to short notice, they picked up my vehicle from Chicago on a Monday and it was delivered to Texas that Wednesday per my request. Grace was very helpful with getting me the best quote possible, she stayed in contact with me through it all. The delivery guy was very pleasant no issues.. I would recommend this company to everyone… Great Job Team!!!
This company is terrible and take…
This company is terrible and take advantage of people. They promised one quote and then they change their mind at the last minute. They tried to increased the agreed price by $400. They were advised that the agreement was rejected and they still charge me $200 for the cancellation because it was not done within 5 days. They transport was agreed with 3 days so 5 days was not an option. The company uses illegal tactics to lock you in to a price then they will change their mind fee by saying that the driver can charge more. They are a third party so they don’t have a say on what the driver wants. This information was not presented when the agreement was created. Stay away from this company. They take advantage of people and they are not trustworthy. I believe the company should do an internal review as they are deceiving right from the beginning. They don’t keep their word and their customer service is dismissing and insulting. If it is true that they record every phone call. They should be able to review the phone calls and see their own employees practice unlawful and deceiving tactics to lure and take advantage from customers. They don’t even provide their real name as they know they are running a scam. I expect the $200 to be refunded as they never explain any cancellation policy or they never disclose their business product as stated in their agreement.

Regarding the $200 cancellation fee, the signed agreement states that the broker has up to five business days from the customer’s first available pickup date to assign a carrier. If the order is canceled before that carrier assignment window expires, the cancellation fee may apply under the contract terms. That said, customers should always receive clear communication about pricing, driver availability, cancellation terms, and available options before moving forward. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Sonic Auto Transportation and the carrier they assigned. They kept me updated throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and delivered my car safely. The pickup and delivery went smoothly, and the driver was professional and easy to communicate with. They honored the agreed price, and everything arrived just as expected. Moving across the country is stressful, but they made the vehicle transport part easy. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to ship a car. Thank you to Robin, Eugene, the driver Konstantin, and the whole team for making the process go smoothly!
Excellent service
Excellent service. Mike was amazing, we did have a hiccup with pick up and drop off round trip but he was quick to fix it and made sure we were taken care of. Prices are very reasonable and they provide great service. Mike stayed in communication from start to finish. Great company, will use again!
BE AWARE and be prepared for them to try and rip you off
BEWARE of these scammers. Yes they may get your car transported, but only after reeling you in with a "too good to be true" transport price even after you question it repeatedly. You sign a contract with them also where if you cancel they try and charge you a $200 fee. My exact experience was this; I am transporting a van from Vista, CA to Portland , OR. A normal price would be at or around the $1000 price range. I was quoted and confirmed for $595 until day of which was yesterday morning, 7/23/26 to which Jeff, or Cameron called me to say it would now be $1900. ON THE MORNING OF. When I said there is no was in he** I was paying that, they tried to get me on the $200 fee. Luckily I saved every email and text so I know without a doubt my Apple credit card will have my back on this one. When I let them know all of that, the response I received was "whatever". Sorry guys, I am not new to this world of buying, selling and transporting vehicles. Just stay away from them, period.
