I shopped around and went through 3…
I shopped around and went through 3 other companies before settling on this one. The other 3 gave me a run around, I even pre paid for guaranteed pickup. The price went from $1200 to $2300. Then they didn’t even pick up when they said. Then I called Sonic and they got back to me right away with a few different offers. I was able to select what worked best for me and they picked up when they said and dropped off when they said. I really have no complaints. The price did go up some but for those that don’t realize, the drivers have their own price what they are willing to drive and what’s “worth it” to them. That’s not on the dispatchers. Jeremy was awesome to work with. He kept in contact with me from start to finish and kept me updated along the way. Compared to others I tried working with Jeremy displayed the most professionalism and customer service.

We are not a carrier company but a broker. We don't have our own trucks, so you've probably confused us with someone else.
Transparent and Exact 💯
The full price was made transparent at the beginning. The work was completed quickly and everything moved as expected. I had other companies telling me that Sonic was a fake company and not to trust them. Sonic auto transportation was everything I needed for them to be when I needed them. Facts! 5+Stars!!!!

Right away the customer service and professionalism was top shelf. Christian walked me through every step and reached out daily. When the first transport fell through, he immediately went to work to find an alternative solution that was price conscious. It was pleasure working with your company. The driver was pleasant, kind, and exceedingly helpful too. I'm very grateful for this smooth experience.
From horror to Happy
The communication was very good. James Williams was able to find someone to ship my daughter’s car in a day. My original company guaranteed us a pickup and price that was scheduled in early April and the driver never showed up. They then tripled the price and still could not guarantee pickup. Sonic you came through. Thank you again James for your help.
Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company, they will tell you one price and then try to charge you 500 dollars more. They also will not refund your deposit if you decide not to go with them. They basically stole $200 dollars from me.

I shipped my Ford Explorer from Texas…
I shipped my Ford Explorer from Texas to Florida, and all went extremely smooth. I flew three days later, and driver met me at an offsite location near the airport and I just Uber'ed it to the car and he was waiting. Great service and great company. I would recommend Sonic to anyone wishing or thinking of shipping their vehicle.
