BEWARE!!

BEWARE!!! Scammer! On April 28th, I contracted with NSLA to ship a car on June 9th from Colorado to Floride. My rep was Walter. I had to keep checking with him to make sure it was still scheduled. I had many other shippers reach out to me and tell me that it was a scam and that they would raise the price. I was assured by Walter that would not be the case and that everyone else was the scammer. Last Thursday night at 6:00 pm, the night before they were to pick it up, Walter assured me that it would be picked up the next day and the price would be what was agreed upon when I signed the contract. Friday morning (day of pickup), at 8:30 am, Walter texted me that they didn't have a driver and the car wouldn't be picked up. I was pretty heated but after a call to someone on the office (i think his name was Aaron) and a subsequent call with Walter, I was assured that they could have a drive pick it up todqy (Monday June 8th). This morning after I texted Walter, he called me back about 30 minutes later and told me that they had a driver lined up to pick the car up between noon & 5:00 pm. I said great, then he launched into a long drawn explanation that things had changed and the amount would now be 4 times I was quoted and contracted for. I couldn't believe it, then he dropped it some so that it would only be 300% more & felt that I should be great full for everything he had done. I said no way and to send me back my deposit. He said well I was under contract and the contract said there could be price adjustments but no where did it say a 300-400% increase. I had already reached out to my attorney and had him read the contract. He said a small increase could possibly come but after the call with Walter, I talked to him and he couldn't believe a 300-400% increase. He has the lawsuit all ready to go if I don't get the refund this week, as well as contacting the DA for interstate fraud issues. They tried to us the excuse of high diesel prices for the 300-400% increase but I went back and checked and the actual national average for diesel fuel prices have gone down $.15/gallon since the contract date. This is a perfect example of a "bait and switch" scheme. Stay away from this company!

A mom who transports college son's car.

I am a mom who transports her son's car back-and-forth from college. And I have always dealt with Zach, because even from the first time I used him, he was very attentive & patient with my changes and always communicated to make sure things were going smoothly even when I became frustrated. Or needed to make last minute changes , he was right there to help me. This is extremely important when you are dealing with situations out-of-state, And needing to feel comfortable and safe. Zach has earned my consistent business.

Terrible!

Terrible!! Absolutely terrible. second time trying to use them. First time they did not collect the car as they wanted far more money that quoted. Now again following trying to arrange transportation and signing a contract from an agreed price they failed to collect the car. Next day the cost had almost tripled after I said don't bother they dropped the price a little then once the car was collected late at night. Then the car went missing for days. Finally someone called to say they had an issue with the trailer. The delivery arrival day went from Monday to Thursday. Now after waiting all day for the delivery the driver has just called to say he can't deliver today even though he is only one hour away. This has been the worse experience with any company I have ever dealt with and if you go with them and has issues after reading this then you really screwed up!!!!
