11th hour delivery

11th hour delivery. The overall experience was pleasant and easy, but my Rx wasn't delivered until the day I ran out of my pack. I was able to go without missing a day of my pill, but the last minute had me very antsy and wondering what I would do if there was an issue. I hope this was a one time fluke and next round will deliver early enough I can follow up and make a correction if there is a problem that won't end up setting me back on my medication.

They take forever to get back to you…

They take forever to get back to you when you have questions about your medication. You would think that with how expensive the subscription is they'd have a speedy service but everything takes up to a week or more to get an answer!

Great online Health but the App needs major work

appreciate the ability to access my health information and the responsiveness of the staff; however, the app itself has significant issues. When I view my current or past orders, it only displays information from 2018 and does not show any recent prescriptions or orders. Because of this, I have no way of knowing what prescription is being processed or when it will be filled until I receive an email notification. This makes it difficult to track medications and manage my healthcare effectively. I would appreciate improvements to ensure current prescription information is visible and updated within the app.

The website is good but response times can be slow and I really do believe they need to change their advertisements on medicine costs. There's been a few times in the past where medicines have been more expensive than the ads they put out on Google and it's a little frustrating having to pay nearly 10$ more than the supposed 15$ per medicine pack. They do let you review your order before it's placed but again if they're going to prescribe more expensive medication then they should advertise that very clearly before having to pay a consultation fee.

Getting a prescription was easy

Getting a prescription was easy. However, they did not carry the type of application I wanted so I asked that prescription be sent to my pharmacy. It was my understanding, per their information, that they work with your insurance to get prescription covered. They refuse to do this on anti aging medication! I do not recall reading that anywhere on their site. In addition, I was charged $3 for every message sent to my care team or support team. You are basically charged to communicate with “your team”. I don’t recall reading that information anywhere either. So for $39, not $30, I did get a prescription but did not get any help after that and was charged by them to tell me they don’t help with anti aging after the fact. I canceled whatever it was I signed up for and I’ll go somewhere

Unethical billing

Generally good in terms of getting the prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. Billing is far worse. I called them last month because I was charged the monthly fee though I had not filled any rx. Well, the process of calling and speaking to customer service resulted in me getting charged again, this month. I am locking my credit card up. Not a very ethical company but if you want a simple rx like a Tretinoin, it’s cheaper than seeing a Dr. So there are trade offs.

I’ve been a Nurx customer for several years, but my recent experience was the final straw. Their refill system seems completely disorganized. I consistently ended up with far more medication than I needed because they kept sending refills way too early — and charging me for them. This last time, I already had a 4-month supply on hand, and they were still trying to send more medication. When I contacted customer service, they denied any wrongdoing and refused to issue a refund. After the recent frustration and lack of customer service, I’ve decided to stop using Nurx and just go directly through my doctor instead.

They asked me the same questions over and over, then refused care, no refund

I completed my profile very honestly and thoroughly, and my request for meds was a very simple common request for something I have taken previously (not a controlled substance). The doctor who responded asked me over 25 additional questions in writing, almost all of which I had already answered or things that were impossible to get (like faxing over my full medical records despite my previous in person doctor having passed away). I answered everything again in writing, and a new doctor responded saying my request was too complex and i should instead google search for a doctor near me. Nurx refuses to refund me, and I am left having wasted time, money, and personal information. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. Cheaper and faster to just see a regular doctor. Don't do it, ever!!!!

Nurx has been the most incredible company and I have had 0 issues since starting. Their team is responsive and friendly and I get acne medication as well as brith control through them. My acne improved within weeks of starting their recommended plan and I’ve been using them since 2022. I tell everyone ab this company. Their shipping is fast and I’ve never had a delivery issue.
