I used Nurx for skincare. The products were as expected, but this company treats its customers terribly. The auto refills come WAY more frequently than I could possibly use the products as prescribed. I cancelled auto refills more than once, only for them to continue processing automatically. The "Support Team" frequently left my messages unanswered, or they claimed to cancel orders that would end up processing regardless. Look at the percentage of 1-star reviews here. This is not a good company.

Nurx was able to provide a treatment without me leaving the house and whenever I need my prescription refilled I have had no issues. Nurx is fast to respond and get my prescriptions to me. I would have give five stars however they do not offer any type of moisturizer or spf for the face which I think is a big deal since they treat rosacea. The dermatologist did reach out and make several good suggestions which was truly helpful- In my opinion, being able to provide this to customers would definitely be a smart marketing strategy. Overall great service!!

Getting birth control has never been easier! Especially if you don't have insurance. Nurx is extremely affordable and delivered right to my door. I have never been more excited about the process of getting birth control in my life. It's also perfect for people that struggle with the anxiety of creating in-person appointments. I will likely never go back to any other method of receiving birth control. The nurses and doctors that assist in the process are knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.
