Huge shoutout to Nuuds customer service! I finally snagged their Slinky Rib shirt in the gorgeous Hibiscus color, but it arrived with a small snag in the fabric. Bummer — but here’s the good part: as soon as they got the returned item, they processed my refund immediately, no hassle at all. What really impressed me is they didn’t stop there. Since I mentioned how much I loved the color, they proactively added me to the restock waitlist so I’d be first in line. Sadly, Hibiscus ended up selling out completely before my turn came, but that’s honestly just a testament to how popular this piece is! Even though they couldn’t make more inventory magically appear, they tried every avenue to help. It’s rare to find a brand that treats a snag like an opportunity to build trust instead of just processing a return and moving on. Nuuds clearly cares about getting it right, and that makes me want to keep shopping with them!

My order was lost in transit, Aubrey quickly helped me by looking into the shipping issue and confirmed that it was indeed lost in transit. She quickly put in a replacement order! The nuuds customer service team is quick to respond and resolve my issues. However, I had two different returns where it has taken several weeks to receive my refund. And I asked for store credit too! It should not take that long to get my money back and I shouldn’t have to email to ask to get my refund back. They need to work on the return/refund process!

I have really loved the Nuuds brand from day one, being a fan of Daryl-Ann. After ordering the clothes postpartum, I loved them so much I wanted more. When one of my items wasn’t to the quality I know the brand to be, I reached out to customer service and they were so fast and eager to help. I was offered a replacement or full store credit. I am now an even bigger fan of the brand because of the excellent customer service I received.

Noticed my refunds hadn’t gone through. I sent an email and I kid you not within a minute I had a response and all my returns and refunds came through. There must’ve been some sort of problem or delay but Camille was so helpful and I was shocked at how quickly they resolved it.

1-Wow! I amazed and the quick response I received from an Email I sent over the weekend. before 10am Monday morning there was a response in my Inbox. 2-Camille assisted me in exchanging an item from the June sale. the package stated correct size but the item was actually a different size. I recently ordered the sporty Rib tank & the motion skirt & I have to say Nuuds did a great job on these items. I am not one to order a "tennis" skirt & what I consider a tighter fitting tank top. I feel extremely comfortable & confident when wearing these items!! Nuuds did it again !!
