I bought a Launch x431 vv 4.0 for my business (garage). It was delivered very quickly and can say without a doubt a very comprehensive piece of kit. It does all you would need out of a diagnostic and finds faults even my other unit can't. Had a silly question on an adapter which turned out to be getting it wrong. Aftersales are excellent polite and quick.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. They sell me broken tool and after contact them, they want me to send it to China for repair on my cost. Ridiculous!!!!!!

Hello Marcin Beast, The AUTEL Machine you bought on March,2021 the screen is broken, need to send back change a screen or change a new PCB. Because we do not have factory in UK, better ship back to China. There is also AUTEL supplier in UK, you can ask local shop help to repair, but might need to pay repair fee for them Please try to send to them check and repair first, check how much for the repair fee. If repair fee is expensive, please can ship it back, we will repair free for you. Best regards Elyza www.obd2shop.co.uk

I ordered diagnostic tools for Mercedes (C6 Multiplexer + software ) twice from this shop. On the second occasion, I encountered some problems after fitting provided HDD to my laptop. A very friendly person replied on WhatsApp within hours and quickly suggested remote help by TeamViewer. The engineer knew what he was doing and fixed the problem within one session. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Brilliant. Very pleased especially with the friendliness, helpfulness and accessibility of assistance ( WhatsApp ). Thank you once again.
Wooop wooop
I did not have the right operating system, but support arranged everything for me via a very simple program where they remotely controlled my data .. just sat waiting while they fixed everything. everything works and I am very happy. Elyza, you are the best 😁

Dear Ruben Sadinmaa The SDP3 you bought on March, 24th. In the warranty we have the responsilbilty help to fix this scanner. We have email you we will replace a new PCB or machine with ship it back to our UK warehouse, while you refuse to ship back for a replace. We also offer a paritial refund for 10-20 GBP, however you again refused. We tried our best to help sort this problem, but you never agree with us, so it is not our problem dear friend. Best regards Elyza
Excellent customer service!!

This company is the best Chinese seller I have ever dealt with, they have gone more than the extra mile to help me. Its been an absolute pleasure to deal with them. Both Elyza and the engineer have been incredibly helpful despite a large time difference between our countries. Their politeness and professionalism is outstanding. A pleasure to deal with I look forward to dealing with them again. Many thanks Colin
