We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Official China Travel! From the moment we arrived in China, the service was exceptional. They met us at the airport and made everything so easy and stress-free. Travelling with five children can be challenging, but the entire team was incredibly helpful, patient, understanding and accommodating throughout our trip. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and well looked after. The tour guides were absolutely top-notch! They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fantastic with our children. What impressed us the most was that even after our tours had finished, they continued to check in on us throughout our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of genuine care and attention is something you don’t often experience. We felt supported and looked after from beginning to end, which made travelling around China as a family so much more enjoyable. We cannot recommend Official China Travel highly enough!
