What reviewers say
AI generatedMost reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers consistently find the website very easy to navigate, frequently appreciating the extremely helpful customization preview tools and the straightforward ordering process for various items. Many shoppers genuinely enjoy personalizing their unique holiday gifts and discover that the online platform offers a great selection of present ideas. However, some customers also noted that several products appeared completely flat rather than three-dimensional as advertised in the online pictures. Additionally, a few people mentioned that postal shipments took a significantly long time to arrive from overseas and frequently lacked any clear tracking information.

If I could give ZERO stars I would
If I could give ZERO stars I would! Completely false and misrepresented items for sale! Do NOT buy from them! They offered a discount after I complained and made me have to send the items back paying for the return! SCAM COMPANY with zero customer service
The listing photos showed a sculpted
The listing photos showed a sculpted, three-dimensional artisan bread piece—perfect for my baker friend. What arrived was a completely flat acrylic cut-out. At $38, the gap between the image and the actual item feels pretty wide. I'd suggest double-checking the product details before ordering; the visual marketing doesn’t quite match what’s in the box.
Extremely Nice Ornament
I had this sent to my friend who owns his own tree business and he absolutely loved it. It took a long time getting here so he received it after Christmas but I’m okay with that. I would definitely recommend this company but order ahead of time to insure timely delivery. Thank You Okbands, Guistina Hughes
Read the description closely - 2D ornament
While the end results are handsome and accurately made, the photos of these particular ornaments are a bit misleading. I should have read the description more closely. Either way, service was friendly and delivery time was as expected.

delivery was good but the product does not mirror the add on Facebook. does not look like crystal
Very disappointed!
Very disappointed when I received my order. I thought I was getting a 3D ornament of an artisan loaf of bread for a baker friend of mine, instead it was a flat acrylic ornament. Definitely not worth the $28 I ended paying for the ornament. The ads are very misleading.

I Placed an order 12/09/25, no follow up, no estimated delivery time. Poor customer service, my first and last time ordering!
SCAM!!!
If I could give zero stars I would! I want my money back for this crap. Doesn’t come close to looking like the picture. False advertising! Do not buy from this company!!

Very disappointed!
I ordered the baseball personalized poster for my Son for Christmas. I ordered it well over a month ago. I still have not received any shipping information or delivery info. I have emailed the company twice. The first time i got a very vague response with still not shipping info, and I still have not received a response to my second inquiry. At this point I have lost hope of receiving it at all. Very unhappy and unsatisfied! Do not recommend.
The pictures on the website are nothing like what you get
The pictures of the ornaments on the website falsely represent the actual product. I bought an airplane ornament for my pilot daughter and it looked like it would be a 3D plane (like a toy) when in fact it was a small, flat piece of printed resin. Not worth the money. Very disappointed!
Did my order with wrong address
Did my order with wrong address. How can I corect it? Correct address is 91-70 Chapman, London, ON N6G4Z4 GUILHERME DA SILVA
Extremely dissatisfied and insulted by this company.
If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered a personalized gift and found it was damaged. Clearly not in shipping but in manufacturing. Reached out to return it providing requested pictures. They made light of the damage and offered me a 10 percent discount if I kept it so they would not have to pay for return shipping. They also do not advertise that a large majority of their products come from China hence the long wait time complaints I see. Run don't walk away from this company.
Terrible results
Terrible results. Ad made it look like an 3D model was being sent. Instead a darkened flat picture was sent. Very unsatisfactory. Do not order from this group or you’ll be duped.
