My order (waistcoat) went well and had no issues. I read the reviews and ordered a much larger size (XXL) than I normally do (L), and it fits properly. I like the way it looks too, just like the photo, and is all wool.
My order was dispatched relatively quickly which I was happy with. It was well packed and I was impressed with the style and tailoring. Unfortunately the item was too large so I emailed for advice on returns or refund. They promised to reply in 24 hours.I am still waiting. I read varied reviews on Olderbest service and decided to risk it. Fortunately I didn't spend a huge amount and have now put the item on Ebay for sale. Also noticed that the business address is London but ships from China, tried to cancel my order but glad I didn't. Came within 2 weeks. I ordered multiple tops all manufactured by Bronson. Really great quality, especially for the price. Good sizing, fit and detailing
Bought from the company twice now and I'm been over the moon with my purchases. Very high quality clothing with great value, style and fit. The sizing may not coincide with uk sizes but the website gives very clear advice to ensure a good fit. I have just placed a third order and will let you know how that goes!
Great company to deal with and excellent high quality product. Yes it does take a few weeks to arrive but you'd have to be an idiot not to work out these guys are based in China. Probably wouldn't try the "buy 5 and return 4" approach given the distances!
OK, I know some people have had a bad experience with this company and there’s the issue of it being a tad misleading in not clearly stating they’re based in China etc, but I have to play fair and say that both the items and service were excellent - well done!
Great quality, yes it’s not a UK based company but the delivery time was only 14 days and the fit and quality are way above anything else I have experienced, I will definitely be buying more
Be very careful before ordering. This is not a Uk based company let along European. All items come from China with low quality products. No return infrastructure in place and will cost you a fortune to return. I’m not even certain the customer service person is a real person, sounds like a bot from the responses. Warning
NB The following is a genuine review by a real customer. I've just bought a "retro" denim jacket. The quality is excellent, as is the fit and look, so I am very pleased. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Olderbest. Delivery may not be next-day, but my pleasure with the purchase made the wait worthwhile. Therefore, if you're tempted by an Olderbest product, don't hesitate, go for it!
Do not purchase an item from this seller under any circumstances other than to lose your money. You will have more joy gifting the money to someone in need. UK registered business address should not be allowed. You have been warned, all correspondence will be via China. Return costs for unwanted items are shocking.

Like others I bought from this company believing they were based in the UK and was worried when I realised that the clothing was shipped from China and the company had received some poor reviews. However my order arrived in a couple of weeks and the garments fit perfectly and were great quality! Will definitely buy from them again.
Having read a few reviews I was a little bit sceptical as the company is based in China but I didn’t realise this until I placed my order. However, there was absolutely nothing to worry about. I received great communication from the site and the tracking service was superb. I expected the delivery to take ages but received my order in about 2 1/2 weeks which I was very happy with. The quality of each item is fantastic …I really can’t find anything to fault them on. I ordered a couple of pairs of shorts and a couple of t shirts ….really nice heavy material with no poor stitching ….I couldn’t be happier and will be placing another order very soon.
Very happy customer. I bought two waistcoats through the website. I wanted waistcoats with a tweed front and a more heavy duty back than the standard silk type. I ordered an XL blue and XL brown. I was a little confused at first as the site is UK based but production is in China. Upon ordering I received my email confirmation which stated shipping from China so I contacted customer service via the website to query why as i thought it was from the UK. Angela was quick to reply and explained they have a UK office but production was in China and assured me everything was ok and my order would arrive in two weeks from the China warehouse. When the waistcoats arrived the quality was immediately noticeable. No loose threads, solid materials, good weight to the materials too, not thin and poor quality but rather plush and heavy. The blue waistcoat fitted perfectly but the brown waistcoat was tight so I got in touch with Angela again who gave me a return address of the China warehouse. I returned the item, gave Angela photos of my proof of postage and 2 weeks later an XXL size arrived. Again, the quality of the waistcoat was excellent. Certainly much better than anything I've found in long long searches from UK shops (suit shops, gun shops, outdoor shops, 2nd hand shops) unless I wanted to go custom made which would have been very expensive. If you're an outdoors type or like a heavier waistcoat then I highly recommend the ones from Olderbest.com Jon

I know many people have had a bad experience, but I didn’t have any issues with this company. Shipping is from China, but it ended up being pretty speedy and the sizing was perfect. Customer service was a little slow with one small issue we had (a broken button), but they reached out to make sure we had extras. All in all a good experience.
