Terrible company who will not refund you in line with their returns and refund policy. Ordered a t shirt in size M and it fitted about 2-3 sizes too small. Tried to return for a refund but refund option was not available and only possible to get the money in store credit to purchase a different item. Then spoke with them over email and they agreed to eventually refund to my original payment method but the shipping for me to return cost more than the actual purchase price of the item. Also had no option to exchange to a size up online but could re-buy the product in a bigger size…? Finally they agreed to send a larger option of the t shirt at no cost as a return and refund wasnt possible. Its now arrived and after I asked for an XL it STILL is far too small but conveniently the size tag has been cut three quarters off. I literally run a size M in everything. Scammers who do not abide by their own ‘refund to original’ payment method policy and all product sizing is completely in accurate . Wasted my money and weeks trying to get a solution. Now still left with something I cannot wear.
Package took abt 2 months to come in, the only real problem is the delivery process, it’d also be nice if they responded on instagram and not just their email, which was hard for me to access, clothes and looks are 10/10 though.
Quality is so good, has thick shirts and good graphics. I wanted to return an item and they made the process very easy. I’m super happy with my order and the company has very good customer service

I ordered from this brand before and my instagram is flooded with the pants I got from them. But this time, I ordered again and my package was delivered to the wrong address so I had to ask for a replacement and still managed to get it within a month.

I use Omirad regularly and have never encountered a problem. I recently ordered a number of items all of which were of excellent quality, however I was not happy with one of the items. Omirad provided excellent customer service and replaced the item for me free of charge. Their response was quick and effective and I was very happy with the replacement item. Tnank you Omirad.
