I bought and received 2 bags, one of them was a premium product so considerable more expensive than the basic model. Both of them were very poor quality and the premium product was plastic- I was not sent photographs before the products were sent. Very disappointing indeed. I would like to return the bags but I don't believe they offer that. Avoid this company
The customer service was amazing step by step, they sent me emails and text messages explaining how far along my bag was and when I got my dog bone key pouch Luis Vuitton to match my purse it was perfect!!!!!!! I've already ordered my next bag can't wait to get it 🤗🤗
Ordered a bag in the beginning of December and was alerted by USPS that the package was being SEIZED for counterfeit postage. After contacting ohmybag they said there were “logistical issues” and were immediately reshipping the item, I would receive it in a week. Not surprisingly the “new” tracking number generated on 12/24 was never actually sent. After many disappointing emails with customer service, they did refund the purchase. However their policy clearly states that if you don’t receive your item within 30 days then you will be refunded and still receive the item. This is a lie. They offered me a 20% discount to repurchase. Why would anyone ever repurchase after such a disappointing experience and such terrible customer service. I was hesitant to purchase from this company and they proved me right.
Horrible, horrible! Do NOT buy anything from this company! I purchased a Chanel purse which came in a shipping plastic bag. They don’t use the right material for packaging such as bubble wrap or cardboard box. The purse came damaged with lots of creases and was deformed on the bottom due to the lack of protection during transit. I contacted costumer service and they offered me $20 as a refund (SMH). Nothing else that I could do because if I wanted to return it, I was going to be responsible to pay for international shipping so it was going to cost me more. The fact I want to say it’s that every purse doesn’t come in its original box or packaging. It’s nothing fancy. You’ll get the dust bag only. Nothing what you see in the video of the man showing how the bags are made of. It’s very deceiving! So don’t waste your time!

If I can give no star, this company will be zero star. I've purchased 2 bags from the website which they stated a discount, but ended up charging me more. Then the quality of the bags are VERY poor. For the price I paid, it is not what you think. Do not fall for it! The pictures on the websites are not your actual product. Then I requested a return and refund, they kept arguing with me and only providing me with a crumb of the pie and would not refund me fully. After several emails for a month now, they agreed that if I send the bags back, they'll evaluate and refund me. A month later and price of the shipping, I learn today that the address they provided is incorrect and I'm getting the package back. This has been very distressing from companies like these. I've reported it to officials and hoping there will be more regulations on these sellers. At the end of the day, DO NOT BUY from this place.

I ordered two bags that were supposed to be leather, as described on their website. However, they are actually made of plastic. Very misleading. I also didn’t get any response from their after-sales service when I made a claim. Be careful when buying from them. For synthetic bags, it would have been cheaper to buy them from a Senegalese seller at a tourist spot— I would have paid $40 for both, instead of $220.

I ordered a LV capuchin denim bag that was supposed to be embroidered and embellished with beads but it is very cheap quality printed denim without the embroidery or beads listed in the description. Also came without a box and was supposed to be included according to the website. Also states real leather handles and strap but they’re fake leather. Over $200 for a bad knock off and they offer me $40 refund !

I ordered only one LV neverfull and they sent me two. I originally ordered one LV and one YSL, they sent me two LV, I asked that they send me the YSL but they said no, it's not my error that they sent me two LVs, I want the YSL that I ordered and paid for but they said NO..beware buyers, they're always messing up with orders, this was not the first time they made a mistake.
