Very bad and poor service, i ordered OT05 in germany berlin through mediamarkt and received defective gear , controller , and meter , even back seat is small unable to fix, Chinese brand and they are unable to find spare spare parts, even german famous seller mediamarkt are not willing to help they don't speak english and helpless, don't ever order Chinese brand and dont wver use mediamarkt in germany berlin

I bought a stick at the start of the season, before the end of the season the stick (to no fault of Onesport) had chipped at the end. They sent me a new one completely for free. They were also very helpful when I went in person. Big Thankyou!

I purchased a onesport ot16-2 in October 2024, when the bike works it's ok but mine keeps going wrong, I've had to pay to get things put right which were clearly manufacturing faults , After sales are useless. They basically say please send photos or videos and thats it .I would suggest going with a more well known company as this bike is very unreliable.. this is only my experience.

In genereral a quite decent bike
In genereral a quite decent bike. Same as multiple other reviews, the product came with some damaged parts, however after contacting the support team, they promptly came up with a fair solution sending some replacement parts as well as providing a fair/partial reimbursment. Four stars is good enough for the whole experience, I would prefer to get the bike in perfect conditions at first.
