I ordered a bike, it arrived in 6 days in the Netherlands. There was an error in the address, but that got corrected with the help of the Onesport support team. The bike itself was neatly packed. The installation guide is not very good. I was in need of some extra online searching on youtube to get it done. But the result is awesome.

We recently bought 2 folding E bikes which we have used in a regular basis. I am 1m56 so was slightly too big for me so we changed the seat pole and is now fine . We can not fault them . Bit of practise to get the gears / motor correct for hills . For the price / quality would definitely recommend .

We recently order the OT16-2 folding bike, the bike is great my wife loves it. We had a very smooth buying experience. Including a 100€ discount! The bike arrived in less than week. It was very simple to assemble from the box. We live in a very hilly area the bike fly’s up the hills no problem. The big batttery gives great range. So far very impressed.
