On our return, we called the hotel and the automated system, asked whether we have all our bags, waiting at the marked shuttle pickup area and name. We waited for the shuttle for an hour as the parking price included shuttle service. No shuttle came. We waited in the cold and wind for an hour. We eventually paid $18 for an Uber to go to the hotel as no shuttle came to pick us up. Onestop Parking should refund the $18.00

Onestopparking for Denver International airport always have a variety of options for park and fly. I have parked at several locations due to frequent air travel.
