Hello, Thank you for your review, we do apologize your order was delayed in shipping. You placed your order on 5/15 and the order shipped the next day on 5/16 using USPS Priority mail. Priority mail usually takes around 3 days, however this is not guaranteed. Unfortunately it looks as thought USPS placed your package on the wrong truck and it has traveled in the wrong direction. We have filed a missing mail claim with the post office to try to retrieve the piece and will continue tracking it until the delivery is resolved. We are sorry this delay happened but once it leaves our warehouse we have to put our faith in the carriers we use. The only way we can guarantee delivery is when customers contact us to ship next day and pay the expedited freight. Many years ago a purchased a lot of product from Oogalights. This time I was especially happy to see they don't accept returns on this product. "Honestly," not sure why I bought it after reading that but I thought, "what the hell, it must be a great product if they won't let you return it." Then I was invited to comment on my experience so I'm telling you honestly while using a lot of sarcasm. Besides, I haven't even received the product to be able to comment on it. The purchase process was simple and easy.

Hello, Thank you for your review and your purchase, this first review request you are sent it for service or how the use of our website was for you. A product review request is sent automatically about a week after the order is sent. Your order was placed last night and will ship today. I do believe this is the only item we carry that has this non returnable disclaimer and the reason for it is because not all C7 and C9 strands are created equally. These caps do fit "most" strands but we are unable to guarantee they fit all strands. This has caused problems in the past and by featuring the disclaimer we have not had any issues with complaints of them not fitting a particular product.
