I am very happy with Opus
I am very happy with Opus. I've found it incredibly helpful, powerful, and easy to use, and it saves me a lot of time when creating clips for our podcast releases. The customer service staff are exceptional. I recently had some project failures, and the staff quickly identified the causes and corrected them. They take their product seriously and are present when any problem arises.

Rapid response!!!
The customer service team at Opus is exceptional. They handle any issues and/or inquiries promptly and they even follow up after the issue has been resolved. I have had credits disappeared from my account, and video creation that failed to finish. In both cases the support team responded within minutes and resolved the problem. Great product and great customer service.

This is an honest review
This is an honest review. I really appreciated the hassle free experience when I decided that I needed to try another platform for my podcast needs. Not to say that there product isn't fantastic, because it is. To me personally, it was refreshing to get a response from a human and I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get a refund. I'm giving them 5 Stars for customer service and Opus is a great tool!

0 Stars. Broken App, Wasted Credits, Fake AI Support, Refusing to Refund.
DO NOT BUY OpusClip subscriptions! Their recent forced update completely destroys RTL languages (Persian/Arabic), making the text totally unreadable. Because of their software bug, their system blindly drained 30 of my credits, completely ruining my workflow.
When I reached out for a refund and a fix, they didn't even bother to give me a human agent. They hide behind a useless AI bot named "Ollie" that just wastes your time and ignores refund requests.
They take your money, break the app with forced updates, steal your credits, and refuse to refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Opus Clip is great and has really helped us gain more followers and more views since we started using it to clip our longer form vids on YT into smaller bitesizes for all the socials. There are occasional bugs but they are also upgrading features constantly so we are learning/ growing with it and I think it's a great time-saving tool. Customer support is also great and lightning fast which you can't say of most of these platforms so that's an A+ when you're creating and posting content at speed. Looking foward to what they develop next within the tool.

Great Product and Great Support team
Great Product and Great Support team.
4 star because there's some minor bugs occasionally, and could use a better manual editing UI. but for what it is (ai clip editor)- it's phenomenal. Plus I assume these will all be improved upon as the product develops.
Also the support team is very helpful and kind.
Side note for creators: using a smaller time frame input for clipping dramatically improves the quality of the clips and also uses less credits.

We absolutely love using OpusClip for our church organization needs. When we have technical questions, answered in a timely manner. The bonus credit incentives are truly appreciated. Wish we could roll over credits, yet that's just me hoping we could. I've learned how to not waste credits, so yeah, we make the best of what we have. Thanks OpusClip crew!
