First, the earrings are beautiful. I got the Moon, Cat, Vine and Treble Clef all in silver. Delivery was detailed and easily accessible for tracking. Price couldn't be beat; buy 1 for $45, get 3 free. I've gotten lots of compliments.

I originally made a purchase during a 'Buy 1 get 3 free' sale and only the original selection arrived. I contacted the company and got a lovely lady called Stephanie, who sorted everything out for me quickly and the remaining 3 are on their way to me now. I would totally recommend this company. The original item I have is beautiful and everything I was hoping it would be and the customer service was fantastic, which is rare these days, so a very happy customer here. I will be back and I will recommend to everyone. Only reason 4 stars is for the original issue. 5 star service and 5 star item.
I love these ear spikes, I have two sets already, so on a promotion I bought four more, with a mystery ear spike thrown in. I ordered a set of bat wings, a cat, a tiger and the mystery item was a koi carp. They arrived quick and the quality and comfortable nature of these pieces is really excellent. However I was a little disappointed at the 'black' wings, which came looking like dark silver chrome. I still wore them and received a lot of comments, they just were not quite what I was expecting from the picture. Previously the sets came in a presentation box each, however all five spikes came crammed into one box, which isn't great as they barely fit in.

Scam. I bet all good reviews are bots and this whole company is fake and run by bots. After about three weeks (1 week after estimated delivery) they said their carrier was still processing shipment at their facility. They have since stopped responding to me emails nor Facebook message about a refund. It has been 5 weeks.
