Return goods nightmare.
This company while responding in a pleasant manner, prevaricate, delay, anything to avoid a return item. I purchased a cassette deck from them but it was well below an acceptable quality at about £68. I've been asking over and over again for their return goods address with no joy. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE IF ITS POOR QUALITY AND YOU NERD TO RETURN IT YOULL HIT A BRICK WALL.

Customer service Stephanie was amazing in replying and communication which was quick and fast I send her pictures of my damaged broken product upon receiving them Stephanie and her team send me a replacement almost immediately stress and hassle free. Best customer service i have had in a long time that doesn't come with little or no communication and have to keep chasing for a refund or replacement. Thank you Stephanie and your team at oreylo. I have not received my earrings yet, so this 5 star review applies solely & completely to something I view as equally important: customer service!! I made a mistake with my order, & almost considered not doing anything about it as customer service is ... Not GREAT with some other companies these days.. Not so AT ALL with Oreylo!! Stephanie B. PROMPTLY returned my email, same day I think even & was happy to help me make the correction. The error was on the earring I was most looking forward to receiving, so I am so glad I reached out & so grateful that Oreylo trains their customer service agents to be so nice and helpful.. Way to go Stephanie & way to go, Oreylo!
Great customer service
Went to put on my favourite earring out of the 4 I ordered. Broke straight away. Brand new and first time I've tried them on. Orelyo kindly and quickly offered to replace the earring and I can't wait to show if off when it comes! Ive had compliments today about my sun one ... Now to wait for the new moon one to arrive!

I would give them a negative star if I could. I love encouraging small businesses and got a few pairs. Their product is not made for standard ear sizes. The cuff just falls off as it’s too huge to wrap around the top of the ear. When you write to them and ask for a return label and refund they throw their no return policy on your face. If they have. Standard product they will stand by it. Do not go by this scam of a vendor. I know I won’t.

Stephanie also took extra special care of me after a mix up happened in the mail and she worked diligently to make sure my order safely arrived as quickly as possible. I thought I lost my new earpiece hours after putting it on. I was sad but assumed short of begging and giving a sob story, it was gone. But when I got home and looked in the mirror, it had gotten hooked into my hair (dreads)! I was so happy! I have loved the expedient shipping and variety of options. I almost gave up buying it when I didn’t figure out the right way to choose the 3 extras. But luckily I tried again with a clear head and figured it out!

They were very helpful and I finally got my earrings after 20 days. But it was worth the wait. The earrings are gorgeous and of very good quality. The packing is also very impressive.
