First time ordering from you. Never again. You shipped my order to Texas and I got their order.

The first ornament arrived broken

The first ornament arrived broken. The personalization on the replacement ornament was botched and tried to be corrected by just writing over the mistake. Ugly fix!

1 is the loneliest number…

Ordered 2 of the same custom ornaments and only received 1. I received a response that they ran out of stock and would get a refund on the missing one.

Not good customer service

Up until this year I've had good experience with them. I've ordered my grandkids, one or two ornaments every year from ornament shop. But this year one of the ornaments came damaged and I called them within 30 minutes of it being delivered and recording says they're not taking phone calls to email them so I have emailed them three times and sent pictures of the damaged ornament and no one has ever replied. So one of my grandkids doesn't have an ornament and I'm ticked. UPDATE - after I posted the review that is above I did hear from them and they replaced the damaged ornament and I received it in time for gifting. They should take phone calls and reply more promptly to customer emails. But in the end I was satisfied with the product.

Quick shipping! I have been ordering for several years. My 1st shipment of 16 ornaments came in reboxed, apparently someone had opened the box and didn’t want what was in there as they were all personalized, they just wrapped several together in the papers and sent them on. 4 of the 16 were damaged, I contacted Ornament Shop and they shipped me replacements right away. Very Satisfied customer!

My first shipment was incorrect as one ornament was the wrong color ordered. I sent an email photo of the error and the shop promptly corrected the color. Thanks so much!

Incorrect name on one ornament in my order…

one ornament was sent with the wrong name on it. your company sent me a new correct one after I sent a picture of the incorrect one. All is well.

2 out of 4 ornaments needed to be re-done.

I have ordered from your company for many years. Never had a problem. Out of 4 of the ornaments I ordered this year, one was defective and the other had the wrong school. I was sent 2 new ones, one was fine, but the second line (school name) was so low you can hardly see it.

Ordered a family ornament on November…

Ordered a family ornament on November 15, they spelled my son’s name wrong, which would have been funny if he hadn’t passed away last year. Tried to find a phone number for customer service, could not find one . Had to email them , I never received a response. No apology, I just received a new ornament which thankfully is correct , it is December 6th. I work for an online company, and I find it extremely odd and unsettling that you can’t call this company and talk with anyone. Very strange, and not good business. Will not shop with them again.

Best Personalized Ornaments Ever

These are just the best custom-made ornaments ever! I’ve ordered an ornament every year for each of my grandchildren. I always choose a theme that represents an activity or event in their lives over the past year. I never have had any trouble finding the perfect one!

Disappointed

I have been a loyal Ornament Shop customer for 36 years; purchasing many ornaments each year. This year one of my ornaments was not delivered to the correct address, however, although you did replace the ornament, you refused to send it to the same address, which was the correct address to begin with. Now that little ornament has been all over the country, but will not be there in time for the recipient to receive it. Very disappointing. Poor customer service.

This place may be a scam feeding on grieving people

This place may be a scam who feeds on grieving individuals. I never received my tracking information, there's no contact number and the customer service never responds to emails. I lost my mom this year and wanted to give my siblings ornaments remembering her.

Very Helpful Customer Service

When the original order did not arrive, I was able to get in touch, and I received an answer immediately. The tracking was checked, and the item was personalized and sent again. I appreciated being able to get help after my order when it was needed. The ornament is perfect for my gift.

I was not happy with quality of ornaments …

I was not happy with quality of product. A supervisor was to get back to me, after I spent over $600, and never did. I have been a customer for 15 years, never complained. First time not happy, and this is the treatment I received. 1 ornament damaged, 1 broken, others poor quality.
