The two ornaments are darling & personalization was fine. Problem was in how poorly the items were packed for shipping. Both were broken when received & had to be replaced. This was done but was not expedited which I expected.
I get ornaments for my niece and nephews every year. Ornament Shop has a great selection for life’s milestones and special occasions. I’m buying for their boyfriends and girlfriends now. The personalized ornaments are always accurate and beautiful!
My personalized ornaments look like a 2nd grader personalized them. When I sent an email to customer service their response was, I think they look lovely.” I also had a wrong name on a personalized ornament so they had to replace it unfortunately I needed it before I received the replacement.

Received ornament showing wrong college. Reached out to customer service & once again received ornament showing the wrong college. I can understand making an error, but to then repeat the same mistake again?? I would have expected at that point to have been accommodated by the company. Instead, I had to request for my money to be refunded.
We got 2 personalized Graduation Ornament and the quality is terrible The writing on back of ornament was royal and white. The White lettering was fine the black lettering you can not even see. The pictures on front is not very good quality.
I ordered three personalized ornaments. On one, the name was spelled wrong, which I fixed myself with some paint. The second one had no hole or ribbon to hang it with; this one was replaced, but instead of sending to the gifted person, as I requested, it was sent to me, requiring me to pay postage to send it the 2,000 miles away. The third one was perfect and exactly as ordered. Would I order from them again? Probably not.
Every year I get a ornament for my son of something meaningful that happened that year. I order one from the ornament shop this year and it was printed incorrectly. They did replace it with no problem, but the second one was printed the same way... incorrect. They did refund me, but I then had to scramble to find somewhere else to buy one that could get it to me on time... I did and it's beautiful. I have a new company to purchase from and will not order from the Ornament Shop again!
I have been a very satisfied customer for several years. Having bought many ornaments for all kinds of occasions, I am always amazed at how well they are made and how special they are. The recipients absolutely love them and think they are “so cool”. Recently I purchased 2 that I was not satisfied with. Personalization was correct but the colors were faded out. I contacted customer service and received immediate attention. Within a week I received a replacement order at no cost. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
When one of my ornaments arrived broken, they immediately replaced it. I did not have to send a picture to validate my claim. They trusted me. I have never received a broken ornament before, and I have shopped with them for many years. Ornaments always arrive just as shown in catalog.

Originally, my ornaments were sent to someone else and the ones that I did get were broken, but they quickly replaced all of them for me. I love these ornaments.
written twice about smashed ornament. no response. No phone number just sending email. GLASS ORNAMENT shipped in a plastic bag. Surprise it was smashed. Horrible Horrible. Who would ship a ornament in a plastic bag, I always got my ornaments in a box, whats going on Ornament shop.
I received only part of my order and someone else's pictures. Have contacted customer service three times with no response. I was charged for my full order - not enough time to resolve this before Christmas without a response from them
Beautiful ornament. One name was misspelled and they replaced it in less than a week.
You sent me someone else’s order - when I emailed you about the problem I was not offered a discount or expedited shipping at all - and then one of the ornaments was out of stock and I wasn’t able to order a replacement to be included with the remake order - it took another 1 1/2 weeks to get the new order to me - I will not order with you again - terrible customer service!
The customer service is non-existent. I emailed to express my disappointment with a personalized ornament that I had ordered (it was so tiny you could barely see the picture) and they dismissed me completely. I will never order from them again, and they don't really seem to care that they lost my business.
I was very disappointed that, even though I contacted you within an hour of submitting my name correction on two of my ornaments, my request was not honored. I was sent replacements with the same misspelling of those names. One of the ornaments was very expensive. I will give you credit that the ornaments are nicely done.
I loved the ornaments but one of them had a detached head. I received a replacement promptly. I am so happy with my gifts and will definitely recommend your company.
