My original order came in with poor packing and 4 damaged ornaments. One being that the painted name was missing most of a letter. The four damaged ornaments were replaced, but the one that was missing most of an E was replaced with one missing the P. I also placed a second order for an ornament and the paint on it was missing some of the name. It seems that good customer service would ensure replacements were quality checked if not all their items were.
The ornaments are very nice. I recieved a broken item and they replaced it right away.
The ornaments were blurry, but the service was great! You sent me a whole new set, but still blurry. Thank you for trying. My picture wasn't blurry, not sure what happened.
Order 3 picture ornaments. The first two were done perfectly; clear, precise, beautiful, love them. The third, I don’t know what happened, but the picture turned out very dark. Unable to view/see the photo of the person. Very upset because this was a Christmas gift which I needed to mail to another state. Contacted customer service and they immediately corrected the issue. They mailed me a new ornament, which was beautiful as the first 2, and I was able to mail the ornament on time for Christmas. Very pleased how efficient and the quality of their products. I will order from them again.
I ordered a basketball girl ornament that was broken twice and still have not received the replacement. It is 5 days past Christmas. I had always been so satisfied with the company but this year it has been horrible.

You sent me all the wrong ornaments with the wrong names. When I emailed, and I had to send proof that the order was obviously not my order, you said you would replace the order, but the ornament that I had originally ordered was out of stock. Also, it took almost 3 weeks to get second order. You never apologized for your error, NOT ONCE. The burden of proof should not be on your loyal customer. I have ordered from you the past 4 years. I will absolutely never ever order from your company or any company affiliated with you again. Customer service is lacking to say the least.
My ornaments were lost. They do not answer the phone and when they didn't answer my emails I put the charge in dispute. I tried reordering the ornaments and my order was canceled. When I asked about this I was told I can never order from them again because I wanted my money back. You can't call so dealing with email is very frustrating. Don't waste your time ordering from this company. Their costumer Support does not exist.

The ornaments I ordered are horrible and not even gift-worthy. They look like a child scribbled writing on them. I have contacted them and they say they cannot guarantee how the printing looks. How can that be when they ask you to verify the proof? I will never order from here again.
Great personalized ornaments. Have ordered before everyone loved them. Make great gifts. Had an issue with a name being left off contacted them and they sent the correct one to me. Would recommend them

Ordered 3 personalized ornaments. 2 girl volleyball players and a boy soccer player. The Gil ornaments were very nice. The boy soccer player’s head was broken off and could not even be glued due to paint off in the area as well. Tried calling, no phone. Sent 3 emails and even a snail mail through the post office. No response. Wound up buying a similar one in a Christmas shop. What is annoying is no call, no email, apparently no concern. They probably don’t read these things because they don’t read anything sent directly to them. Nice ornaments but off my list. Would like to take away the one star but the other two ornaments were nice. Order# 31657400. App order date 11/24/23, If they read these.
I'm a long-time customer of Ornament Shop and have always been pleased. I ordered six personalized ornaments this year. One of the ornaments had a flaw and customer service was outstanding in resolving my problem. They sent out a new one and it was received in a timely manner. Five stars for customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The shipping package was not protective at all (unlike in year’s past). A padded envelope with zero protection for the ornaments which were sitting OUTSIDE the bubble wrap. Both of our ornaments were broken. And my parents had the exact same issue and their ornaments were broken too. We’ve used this company for years but I’m not sure we will again, and that is disappointing.
