Awesome heated socks (Mojave) which heat the entire soul on your foot. Had an issue with a pair, which seemed to have faulted. Contacted support and they were fantastic, arranged replacement socks to be sent. Sent the faulted ones back to the technical team to review and hopefully improve for future. Super happy with the product and the customer support ☺️

I love my new heated vest. It is lightweight, classic and goes with everything. I have worn it with pants, a skirt and a dress. It is very versatile. I have had a lot of compliments on this vest. I purchased the PD 5K rechargeable battery to go with my heated vest. If I turn my vest on and leave it on the setting that automatically comes on, the battery will stay on for at least 6 hours. I was very impressed. I would definitely purchase another one of these batteries.

After realising my order was too small I quickly emailed ororo team and was directed how the return process works and received my new vest in only a few days! Been wearing vest on my motorcycle and it’s the best purchase ever thanks ororo 👍

I had to return the first heated vest, which, while awesome, did not fit my husband in it's styling. Luckily I had not taken the tags off. I sent a second order, but had misunderstood how the refund for the first was to be paid, and the refund came after the second vest was ordered; as it was a birthday present, and had to be done quickly. They gladly revised the refund method from an onsite gift card to be applied to the second vest. This level of customer care is unusual and amazing. I think the products are super high quality, and appreciate thenon fleece choices as we don't do fleece.
I had ordered a vest with Ororo and after receiving it and unfortunately removing the tags, the vest was too large. I had ordered a medium but needed a small. After reaching out to Ororo, they agreed to allow me to exchange the merhandise, even though they didn't have to. I would like to thank Nikki in customer service for her great work and timely communication.
