I bought a shirt and want to return the item, unused unopened, however you need a ticket, to do so, but their website will not issue a ticket, so its impossible to return the item. I tried on 3 separate occasions as well as on different browsers. I've now emailed them after searching their terms and conditions. bet I don't hear anything!
Really poor experience
Really poor experience. Purchased a blazer that was shocking quality with a really bad plastic smell. Tried to arrange a return only to find that 1. The returns process was falsley described and 2. When i figured out the process all i got was an error on screen telling me to try again later. When it finally worked i just got a message on screen saying it was out of warranty, despite it still being within the warranty period. Total scam, severely poor quality goods misrepresented in the image on the website
