Bad quality product and even worse service

We bought 40 led bulbs at £2.50 each in Feb 2025. We installed them in my 93 year old mothers home at the end of March. They cannot have been used for any more than 300 hours and as of today 6 out of the 40 are flashing and have had to be removed. These led bulbs should last at least 15000 to 20000 hours. I wrote a polite email to ouku but they replied saying they only guarantee products for 30 days. Do your self a favour and avoid. Buy better quality goods from a better retailer who respects their customers. We will now apply for a charge back from the bank as the goods are faulty and not fit for purpose.

The primary issue is the quality of the…

The primary issue is the quality of the swim trunks. The metal eyelets rusted immediately, making them useless. Unfortunately, I now have three pairs with the same fault. I believe this is a serious quality problem that all potential customers should be made aware of. And the only response I got from them was that I have them 30 days now. Not to acknowledge the problem with the trunks or not to apologise. Oh but yeah they will offer me 30% discount on any future products. There's no way I'll ever buy anything else from this company . I would upload images of the shorts but I just don't see a way of doing it here

This is a scam website

This is a scam website. Don't purchase from them. They steal photos of clothes from legit sites that look really high quality and then try to make a cheap Chinese knock off that they claim is “made to order” so they can refuse you a refund when you see how cheap the item is. I’m currently fighting with them now.

Worst customer experience ever

The lamp I bought was first delivered partly and broken, then they told me they will send a replacement and only sent the missing parts but no replacement for the broken ones. They want you to send documentation for everything even their own manuals. After a lot of emails and escalation, they sent a replacement. Unfortunately the lamp is unusable in the sense that there is a battery included and it can't be controlled with the wall switch (it just stays on until the battery is empty). This is a ceiling lamp! I told them I want to return it within the time frame for returns and they refuse to take it back. All the time they try to trap you in email conversations that eventually lead to nothing
