VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Until now problem still unsolved after 2 months of wrong delivery. They promise to get refund. Email customer service twice no reply. Very disappointed. I give you 4 out of 10

I've never known a retail outlet to spam your emails persistently even after unsubscribing it is the most annoying thing and it's testament to the poor culture and Management of the Company! I've complained but it continues, to some this may be minor but in my view it speaks volumes about the company

When something says its £22 I expect to pay £22, it ends up being £26 with all the add on bits. That's nearly a 20% increase. I probably wont use it again.

I placed an order last night, I was charged twice when I called my credit card company they said one was a charge and one was a credit so my order actually didn’t go through. I just ordered again. These are clothes for my son he’s going to a wedding in Hawaii, so timing is of the essence. I also could not find a way to contact the company from the website. No 5$ off coupon, or 10% off when I checked out

When I put in the new customer 5$ off coupon, it refused and said I was a returning customer, which I am not. Never ordered from this site before. Plus they said that there was 10% off the order over 59$ on the enire site, which I did not receive as well. I just hope the shirts are cool.

Low-mid quality

The clothing seems to be low-mid quality, which is OK for one season of wear. The shipping and "other" fees are ridiculous.

Mission Impossible

This company have other aliases, Rapidmotion PTE.LTD for PayPal payments is one. I bought a linen shirt and linen trousers on 12 March 2024 costing a total of £39.21. They arrived 24 days later. The clothing looked nothing like the photos on the website and were see through inferior material. I wanted a refund but I need to pay for the postage to a Singapore address that gave no City name. The postage quoted cost £24.35 from UK. This makes it impossible to send this poor product back. PayPal cant help and the seller wont pay. This is nothing less than a scam. I will try to find a way to stop this thing happening to other customer. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
